My experience with Intapeople and their consultant (specifically Donah) has been very smooth. From the point of being advised of the role through to interviews and confirmation the communication has been provided in a very prompt and timely manner. I would highly recommend Intapeople if you are looking for IT related roles.

I spoke to Yvette Clark and experienced some casual racism. I did not know if it was a temp role turning into a permanent role or if it was two separate job openings, she said she would get that information. Instead she told her manager I was aggressive (a stereotyping trope) and therefore not suitable for the job?!

Intapeople has offices in London and Cardiff but has zero non-white staff at the time of writing, as you will see from their meet the team section.

As a chemistry graduate living in west Wales, opportunities are few and far between. IntaPeople contacted me directly, having found my CV online, about an opening at a pharmaceutical company in my area. Before I knew it I was invited to interview. The whole process was completely hassle free, and I'll be forever grateful to IntaPeople for helping me get my foot on the career ladder.

Working with Intapeople has been a really refreshing experience with regards to using recruitment firms for finding a new role. Karen was fantastic, working and responding to emails and questions outside of work hours and helped make what could've been a stressful process really easy and stress free. If she hadn't worked so hard, I probably would've stopped the application.
