I have not experienced any problems with the last 100 orders I have placed. If there are any questions on the order, I am emailed within minutes with the question and they are always good questions.

The staff was very helpful from the first phone call to the delivery of the finished product, and the quality of the product was excellent.

I just used AlphaGraphics Seattle for printing materials for an upcoming trade show. The salesperson worked with me to keep costs low, the turnaround was fast and on time, and the quality of the final printed materials (postcards, signage, vinyl banner) was excellent. As a bonus, they even threw in free local delivery straight to my office. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and will use them again.

Everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They even called when my file titles and the size of file didn't match up, just to be sure they did the job correctly. It was an error on my part and they wanted to make sure my project came out, not only right but beautiful! My project was a donation to a fundraiser- and your crew helped me get the price to where I needed it to be, without sacrificing quality. Yes, I ended up cutting everything out myself- but they were willing to allow me to do that, so I could get the most bang for my buck! Reached out to alpha graphics for a quote on a project for my office. Charles Hornberger was the account manager I was assigned to. He was not attentive to my questions or request on project. I had to remind him once to reply after a 6 day delay and now its been another 13 days with no response on another email. I Was really excited to use someone local for this project, but did not see professionalism on this company following through on my project.

This past December is the 3rd year in a row that I have used AlphaGraphics for our simple letter. This year I had reached out to the contact I had at the Lynnwood office multiple times, and did not receive anything back. I finally received an email back after 3 or more tries, and was told that the rep had retired. They were, though, of course, happy to help out.

Our job is a simple one -- we have a mailing list of under 2000 people, we have a simple letter to merge with that list, we want the letter and a remit envelope stuffed, and the letters mailed out. I know your business has a lot of much bigger projects, especially at that time of year. If it is going to take some time to get to our project, that would be great to know. If we are too small, that also would be great to know. We are a small nonprofit and any funds we can bring in through our end of year appeal helps us greatly. Getting the letter out around Thanksgiving is our goal. Mid December is almost too late.

This past year I was unfortunately very disappointed. I had reached out for confirmations many times to the staff, and either I got nothing back, or when I called I was told they 'stepped away' and I would need to be put into voicemail. This was after multiple emails asking for confirmation that our letters had gone out. This happened many times. I didn't reach out to the owner personally because I wanted to ensure that our project would get done and I felt like if I complained or asked more questions they may just hold my project or not send it out, making it even less timely. I also wanted to ensure I received my overages back -- I emailed about getting them back after the project was complete and never received any communication. I would have happily picked them up from Lynnwood -- I finally just made a trip to our PO box and the packages had been taped together and sent or dropped there. Notification would have been great.

I don't often complain about services. I understand that people get busy, stuff happens, etc. But to have communication ignored is the one thing that really gets me. Previous years the organization was fine. This year put me in the hunt for a different organization to use for our end of year mailing, as well as any future jobs. I tried reaching out via email to the owner, but my email has bounced back -- so. here I am for everyone to see. I won't use them again.

Working with Michelle Simmons is an over the top experience in professional customer service and product knowledge. She quickly understood all my printing design needs. And was precise with asking the right questions to confirm or gain clarity on design specifics that made me feel at ease that I knew the job was going to be done right. I felt in very good hands with her. And with Myeka. Myeka did a wonderful job picking up with aspects of the project that were needed to do to keep things moving forward when Michele was busy multi-tasking other projects. I appreciated that both of them were available and at the times they knew I would be contacting them for different steps of the project process. Michelle was incredible at guiding the project management process. She clearly knew exactly what was needed and when in order to meet my tight deadline. And in the end, all was an incredible success! I could not have reach my goal of my successful product launch of my skincare product line at a beautiful, local boutique with out the tremendous help of Michelle and Myeka. The three of us worked together as fabulous team, also with great input for a design / artist eye that just nailed this project.

Alphagraphics printed business cards for me about 10 years ago and did a great job. When I need cards reprinted a short email promptly returns a document proof and the job is processed and ready within days or sooner. This last order, I mentioned I was almost out of business cards and to my surprise they had my order completed the same day (2 days ahead of schedule).

The speed of service was great. From first contact to receipt of product was less than a week. So much faster than I would have expected.

I created a yearbook for the 50th reunion of my Navy OCS class. I initially looked at Kinkos and Staples, but wanted to ensure the I got the highest quality and got a quote from Alphagraphics. It was a pleasure working with Charles Hornberger, and the final product was superb. The most frequent comment I received from my classmates when they got their yearbooks was "awesome." Kinkos and Staples were also more expensive. During my working life I had the privilege and pleasure of working with artists and designers on many projects. It was good doing so again.

I was working with Matthew Neaves and wow I never experiences this kind of service. It would take 3-4 emails for each question to get answered. Made a ordering process that should have took 2-3 days into a month process. Highly recommend some other company

Alphagraphics was extremely helpful every step of the way with my banner project, and also very patient with my questions, changing requests, and working with my files. I couldn't believe how fast the turnaround was, and the finished banners look perfect.

We recently placed an order with AlphGraphics and after it was delivered, we noticed that one of the 15 boxes was half empty. We inquired as to why and they went above and beyond to make sure that we did indeed receive the full amount of our order. they sent someone out to pick up the boxes, take them back and recount them! Turned out it was overflow and we received more than we ordered. They rock and the quality of the entire printing job was top notch.
