HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Where to start, The receptionist is probably the worst receptionist in the world. When I went in and greeted her I did not get any response, she did not look in my eye the whole time. She took the my documents pile and started reviewing it. First thing she mentioned is how I should not highlight as they highlight it with different color and just 1 min later she highlighted something with same freaking yellow marker. You kiddng me? Then she started handing me some papers back without telling me anything or looking at me. When asked she said they can not accept the bank statement as it is not printed with all 12 pages. Luckily I had my other bank statements or else I would have had to make another in person appointment. I was charged $30 for the postage to get passport back (I live 28 miles from DC) and not just that for $30 postage Fedex just left my passport on front door. I hada to call a friend to get to my house and pick up the package. How can you not make it signature required for 30 freaking dollars. Dont ask about the ridiculous forms and other requirements to get visa to Iceland, freaking Ice cube of a country, If I was jobless, homeless still wouldnt live in Iceland. Bottom line If I had know that even though I am a GC holder and still go through this ordeal then I would have never made the booking.
