Insula is a fantastic company. The people that I get to work with every day are amazing. Love our team.

This experience has been very interesting. I was moved into a moldy apartment from a previous management company but since this management company has taken over (and after various phone calls) have finally made things right.

Insula is a highly professional organization that I am honored to be able to work with on daily basis. Their ethics are outstanding and set the standard for apartment management companies.

I have been doing business with Insula for a while now. They are excellent to work with. Their communication is frequent and appropriate, their level of professionalism is outstanding and they are fun! They have been an awesome company to work with.

Horrible management company. The property manager is rude and disrespectful at best. Insula will not return phone calls. They are eliminating amenities we are paying for and now the pool is going to be closed all summer....
These people are dirty low lifes and I am being kind using that term...

It's been a pleasure dealing with Insula Companies over the past few years. Everyone is friendly and professional and great to work with!

This place is shady and down right dirty w no respect for mankind whatsoever. Bobbi the VP is bringing the entire company down. Do not rent or work for this company. Vivian the regional manager is Bobbi s puppet and just as shady and cruel.

Working with the Insula team is such a pleasure. Being a vendor to the organization I have had the benefit of visiting a majority of their amazing properties. Everyone I come in to contact with from the top of the organization to the bottom are a delight to work with. When looking for your next apartment rental I highly suggest checking Insula's properties and joining the Insula family!

I am a tenant at Gables if Honore. My unit floods thru the walls, along the floorboards of @ 3/4 of the living room walls and up thru the grout in the tiles. I also believe water may be coming down thru the building in the kitchen. I am in the 11th month of trying to get management to address this problem. It is my understanding that they have been aware of this problem since the property was acquired in 2017. Every time the flooding occurs it is as if the issue is a surprise. I was told Vivian Gonzalez, a regional manager, would be in touch with me after December 3rd. I have yet to hear from her and left several messages on her voicemail. I have fulfilled my obligations as a tenant: paying my rent as due, following the community rules and being a considerate neighbor. For almost a year, I have been unable to move my furniture in because of this flooding. Instead of having a wonderful home, I have to worry about the possibility of mold and mildew in addition to water damage. I can not recommend this property owner.

Insula is one of the best companies with some of the top performers. This team is being led by a great COO who truly embodies what leadership is all about. This company invests in their employees and their professional growth. TEAM INSULA ALL THE WAY!!!

Is very sad that a person with disability can't even get reasonable accommodations without being retaliated against by your company, is sad that no one will even listen. Instead I was forced into a direction of having to obtain an atourney as a resident instead of someone in corporate listening to the truth first. Seems like your property managers only mask the truth to save their own jobs . I have to give the lowest rating for something like this. No one wanted to take legal action but only wanted to be heard. Is my right under federal law to have proper accommodations . Comes down to poor management . I can't even talk to your atourney bc the property manager won't even give us the atourney contact details. I wish I could had given a better rating. If the owner wants to do something then have someone contact me to talk about this instead of forcing us to go through the government's fair housing act . Property located at enclave on east largo fl .

I am currently renting at lake bridge apartments and it is incredibly disheartening to see how this property managed . My closet is destroyed by water damage and I m unable to submit a maintenance request online or visit the office due to their general Mon-Sat hours when I work six days a week ! I am charged $30 a month on top of my rent for valet trash that spends two to three days pooling with maggots because your valet never shows up ! My rent was supposed to be $855 a month yet I find myself paying an astronomical $975 after all the hidden fees continuously added to my bill ! Week to week you see countless tenants finding themselves forced to break their lease and flee due to the slow economical increase to our rent without any added benefits !! It s so sad to see that I was blinded by pictures of fountains and unfulfilled promises .

They don't care about anything. They don't return calls or address issues with the property staff or property upkeep/maintenence. Probably one of the worst company's I've rented from. stay away from all of their properties

Company is great but regional managers act like they're 12. The new Regional Maintenance Manager has no social skills and is a crybaby! Waaaa! She was mean to me! Huaaaaa! Amateur! Don't ask for direction from them, they'll put you in their S--- list coz they HAVE NO IDEA ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE COZ THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! HOW CAN YOU HELP YOUR MANAGERS IF YOU YOURSELF DO NOT KNOW THE NEW SOFTWARE?! HA!

I have been working with Insula Properties for a few years now and they are an absolute joy to do business with. The entire team is friendly, responsive, accurate, and professional.

Insula has by far been the BEST company I have ever worked for! You are a person vs. a number! You have a close working relationship with your Regional Manager and even the C.O.O. of the company! They truly invest back into their people, close the properties for team building events and go above and beyond when it comes to holidays and special occasions. They are a growing company and so can you career with Insula, they look within before looking to the outside (very rare in companies now a days).I truly feel valued as an employee and a person. Your opinion matters and they are always looking for ways to make it easier for everyone. My accountants ROCK and they are on top of everything that I may miss. Insula is the true definition of Team Work! We are a close knit family and we all have each other backs to ensure we are successful as a whole! Thank you Insula!!

I have been working for this industry almost for fifteen years but my last three years are the ones I feel finally I found the company and people that I want to be working for the rest of my life, thank you the way that you guys treat your workers and really appreciate your maintenance teams!!

I live at one of the apartment properties in Orlando. I have been without a working a/c for three weeks now. My 90 year old dad also lives in an apartment here and has been without a cooling a/c for the same amount of time. My dishwasher hasn't worked in two months and after several work order requests and complaints to the office manager it all remains the same. It's ridiculous, these are not fit living conditions. Especially for a 90 year old man. Yet the rent always gets paid on time even though it is 90 degrees in our apartments at 6 and 7pm every evening. What does it take to get this solved? I live at Parke East Apts. In Orlando. I took a photo of my thermostat to show the temperature inside the apartment. It was cooler outside at the time.

I was a Prior Resident of Beneva Place Apartments, and at that time we had many happy neighbors! Wonderful Staff that were caring about their residents so
I recently sent a friend in to look at an apartment and she was greeted by what appeared to her to be VERY unhappy residents and just a cold feeling all around!! She said that..." Yes it may be beautiful on the outside, but the inners are UGLY. From staff to pricing and interior of apartments"
I was very saddened to hear this ... also embarrassed for sending her there!!!!
Not only do you pay for your rent ( which for having no clubhouse or business center , to all of the ridiculous rules, and no welcome area , you are paying the billing company to send you a rent bill , you are paying for water that isn't even used by your unit .
She was very confused about No laundry room, but they will supply a Washer/Dryer to you for $25.00 a month.
She told me of some lovely complexes that offer more for less. Examples: Water and Sewer are included in your rent ... 1st month free... Huge Exercise Room... Beautiful Clubhouse which is at your disposal when you need it ... Business Center ... Incredible Swimming Pools ... Covered Parking for Everyone, even some have garages and are Gated... And on and on and on...
Guess I won't be sending ANYONE that way again

Parke East Apartments is the last place you want to live. You pay top prices for substandard living conditions. There is no order, everyone does as they please on this property. Their is no sense of security, everything is dirty and stinks. There's dog waste everywhere on the property, the pools are always green. They take equipment out of empty apartments to come fix your broken stuff. Their repairs are completely substandard. The rent goes up each year, yet their services go down. The gym has old broken equipment that is never serviced, not to mention missing equipment. The only time you hear from the administration is when the rent is due... I wouldn't recommend this place for nothing.... You can pay less and live better somewhere else.

It has been a true pleasure working with Insula Companies and their staff for over 4 years now. Davida, especially, is awesome!
