I am currently renting at lake bridge apartments and it is incredibly disheartening to see how this property managed . My closet is destroyed by water damage and I m unable to submit a maintenance request online or visit the office due to their general Mon-Sat hours when I work six days a week ! I am charged $30 a month on top of my rent for valet trash that spends two to three days pooling with maggots because your valet never shows up ! My rent was supposed to be $855 a month yet I find myself paying an astronomical $975 after all the hidden fees continuously added to my bill ! Week to week you see countless tenants finding themselves forced to break their lease and flee due to the slow economical increase to our rent without any added benefits !! It s so sad to see that I was blinded by pictures of fountains and unfulfilled promises .
