Pathetic going broke the EPA can shutdown the company anytime AGAIN leak die out into the pond behind the property ruining the the environment place has tons of bad smells not good with communication skills at all leaking die soo badly its literally comeing out of the side of the building the place is gross needs a good cleaning sad to see a company that has been in business for over 20 years invest 900k into there company just to try n keep it a float they owe there suppliers money its a pretty bad situation all around also within my 90 days we was shut down by the EPA & the city of Hilliard and was told in a company meeting that if all else fails they will sale the property to a buyer that will make there monthly mortgage payments cheaper then what they are currently paying thats pretty sad n pathetic they sure do know how to show there true colors n smarts they also love to hire foreigners n pay them less then the new guy when they been there longer n deserve more then a new guy sad its soo wrong

I would caution seasonal sports against using this company for spirit wear. We ordered cross country spirit wear for our daughter on September 9th. It didn t ship until OCTOBER 12th, then we received the wrong order. The season is over, but we still don t have a timeline for getting our shirts as they have to check with their vendor.

Our tennis team ordered the Holloway sweatshirts and joggers. The order came in quickly, on time, and everyone is 100% satisfied!! Great staff, courteous, and efficient.

Just got off of the phone with Nick on 11/28/18. I called to find out when my online store was officially closed(the third party did not get the correct date which was 11/19/18) and found out it was November 21st (after my call concerning our account.) Now my teams warm up gear will not be shipped for 2 weeks therefore not be to us for our first two games. Nick did not care and did not try to accommodate me in anyway. My store was initially set up on November 12th when I talked to Kevin Herald and I was promised my gear would be to me by December 4th. Before the team store was ran by a 3rd party I would have given ARES a 5 star rating. After this experience and how the online store is so limited, I will be taking my basketball and track business to another retailer. Unfortunate, I would have loved to have kept my business in my home state. Nick just left me a voicemail and said that since my order is on the smaller side and we are in Ohio that we might be able to have our order by the 4th it depends on shipping and if the shirts come in. If my athletes receive there gear then I will change my rating. I still think ARES should look into their 3rd party handler of the online store.

I am always pleased with the quality of products I receive from Ares. Don't let the "sportswear" in the title make you think that they can't do any and everything. When I had any questions, Jenny Hanna was kind and helpful to me. Even though Jenny doesn't directly deal with customers as much as she used to, she is always willing to take my calls to help me with my order. Thanks Jenny!

The entire ARES Team has been wonderful to work with for my team s uniforms. A special shout out to Jeff Davis who worked closely with me to obtain our entire five-piece uniform package early, provide accurate inventory and very competitive pricing. Jeff is easy to contact to resolve any of my questions. I can t say enough about how great my experience was compared to past suppliers. My team of 40 athletes are all proud of our team gear and we have had numerous compliments. I am one happy coach, who enjoyed the ease of ordering from ARES Sportswear, Andrea Perschon, Head Tennis Coach Boys and Girls Teams, Murray High School, Utah.

Customer service is lacking. Main person was on phone and I had 5 people walk by and not even acknowledge us. Plus when I called I was told one thing and when I drove all the way from Galion they didn't have what I needed.
