I was a Prior Resident of Beneva Place Apartments, and at that time we had many happy neighbors! Wonderful Staff that were caring about their residents so
I recently sent a friend in to look at an apartment and she was greeted by what appeared to her to be VERY unhappy residents and just a cold feeling all around!! She said that..." Yes it may be beautiful on the outside, but the inners are UGLY. From staff to pricing and interior of apartments"
I was very saddened to hear this ... also embarrassed for sending her there!!!!
Not only do you pay for your rent ( which for having no clubhouse or business center , to all of the ridiculous rules, and no welcome area , you are paying the billing company to send you a rent bill , you are paying for water that isn't even used by your unit .
She was very confused about No laundry room, but they will supply a Washer/Dryer to you for $25.00 a month.
She told me of some lovely complexes that offer more for less. Examples: Water and Sewer are included in your rent ... 1st month free... Huge Exercise Room... Beautiful Clubhouse which is at your disposal when you need it ... Business Center ... Incredible Swimming Pools ... Covered Parking for Everyone, even some have garages and are Gated... And on and on and on...
Guess I won't be sending ANYONE that way again
