The tour is overall "nice" although I thought it was better organized. When the boat came to pick us up in the San Marco area it was already full..I don't know why but for sure because of a bad organization. Some people remained on the ground, others like us, made the journey on their feet .. all this led to delay. In Murano we saw the demonstration of the processing and then headed by boat to Burano where yes, an hour is little time .. even less given the misunderstandings .. I expected better, also because 20 euros per head is not very little.

Professionalism, unique experiences at the right price. This is a summary of my thoughts after testing the Veneto experience. Bravi!

Although located inside the splendid Danieli hotel, the structure where dinner is served and the room where they organize the dance, are part of a modern building merged later, which certainly does not have the charm of the lounge in the hotel lobby, where I think they should have organized the event to make it truly special. Also disappointed by the minimal gourmet dinner and the service. I certainly would not recommend it.

Requested San Marco Basilica tkt. They proceeded to sell me a San Marco Campanile tkt. Campanile tkt 13 , Basilica tkt 3 , 20 difference for 2 tix, surprise surprise. No refunds and no listening to any objections to this. BEWARE, and take your biz elsewhere.
