The tour is overall "nice" although I thought it was better organized. When the boat came to pick us up in the San Marco area it was already full..I don't know why but for sure because of a bad organization. Some people remained on the ground, others like us, made the journey on their feet .. all this led to delay. In Murano we saw the demonstration of the processing and then headed by boat to Burano where yes, an hour is little time .. even less given the misunderstandings ..
I expected better, also because 20 euros per head is not very little.
