My family used Vacation Rentals of Tamarindo when they came down to visit. The staff as very helpful and our home was perfect! Highly recommend them and will use them for future friends and family coming down to visit! Thank you!
Great Condo (Sunrise 14) with a wonderful pool very close to the beach. The property was clean and comfortable and the the communication and information provided by the mnanagement service was great. Highly reccommend!
To whom it may concern. All properties represented here are now under new management. We have a great system for customer service and are experts in caring for and appointing vacation rentals. We expect to see a series of 5 star reviews posted here in the immediate future.
Our experience with this company was HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They have listed several of their units through VRBO. We booked with them a month in advance of our travel dates. We received a confirmation email from them but it did not have a address or any further instructions. We assumed that we would receive this as our dates got closer. When we had still not received anything at about a week before we were supposed to leave, we messaged them. We heard NOTHING back. So then we finally called them.
The guy we spoke too said "I have you down for such and such dates." We said, "Yah, but we haven't gotten any information. Where are we even supposed to go to check in??" He then says he will call us back. When he called back, he says that VRBO messed up and didn't give them our booking confirmation and that the owners of the condo are going to be there during our stay. He states he has 2 other condos in the same unit that we could rent instead. We said we would like to see them first and he says he will email them to us. We received his email on a Friday and after deciding on what to do. We emailed back right away with a question and then we messaged back on Sunday morning to say we wanted one of the units. It's now FOUR days since we called them and NOTHING!! We cannot get them to respond.
Now, with just days before we are supposed to leave on vacation we are left scrambling and trying to find a place to stay!! Not only did this place cost us a $2/min phone call ($20+!!!!) BUT we have now had to pay almost DOUBLE for another hotel as rates have all increased substantially last minute. Not to mention, 90% of Tamarindo is now booked which left us with very limited options and we needed 2 rooms.
I absolutely cannot believe this. Not to mention, they took our money, then admitted they had us down for a reservation and then tried to blame it on VRBO. This place has cost us over $400 for THEIR mistake. VERY unprofessional and flaky company!!
We stayed in Villa 2 in late July and loved it! It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Margarita was wonderful to deal with and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
From the moment you enter this bright, airy, stunningly decorated home you will know you made the perfect choice! The incredible view as float along the infinity edge pool is spectacular and has to be seen to be believed. Every detail from top of the line linens to a chef's dream kitchen will have you counting the days until you can return.
We recently returned from our trip to Costa Rica. We LOVED every aspect of the country! Casa Zen is truly a serene paradise. To be in a beautiful jungle like setting just a short walk away from the excitement of Tamarindo, was absolutely perfect for our family. The maintenance of the yard/pool and home was excellent! Kudos to the staff that quickly brought us a couple of special requests was so appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone travelling to Tamarindo. 'Eddie' is a fine man who helped us have a 2 night stay in a beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Clean, comfortable and an a/c helped cool me down. Thank-you for your great service.
