The hotel is within walking distance from the renowned Kuta beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and if you are lucky enough, the view from your room would be great. Just right at the front gate there's a shower for those who just swam and want to clean themselves before entering the hotel.

Message via agoda ... for 3ml ... the first room the hot water didn't work ... I asked to move rooms ... at first the hotel asked for a fee of 200 thousand ... after I asked why I had to pay even though it was the fault of the new hotel the hotel was willing to move rooms. But finally ... the room that was given a "more ancient" room was more like a boarding house ... not like a 5 star hotel hahaha .. DISAPPOINTED

Nice rooms n spatial planning on the side of Kuta beach

Friendly staff all the usual extras GOOD position in kuta to do the begginer tourist things.

The hotel is pretty good too the problem is on the edge of Kuta Beach just right. The service is also good. So if you want to relax, stay on the road. Deket is also the same as the beachwalk mall so if you want to watch it or the other you can just walk for 5 minutes until tomorrow. There are also lots of cafes around it so if you want to get beautiful you can really walk. Moreover, if you know the reporters there are also a lot of selling, so just choose it. Hope it helps, yeah :)

The bathroom had a musty odor, but the bed maintenance was steady.
The staff correspondence is good, there is a mail reply etc. well. Above all, access around Kuta was good.

Great location firstly. Combined that with decent rooms and pricing, very friendly staff, good breaky and nice pools. Will be hard to not consider next time I come back.

5-star hotel located right next to the gateway to Kuta beach and facing Hardrock Cafe

1. The location of the hotel is strategic both from the beach and where to eat.
2. The swimming pool is very beautiful with flowers accompanied by the sound of waves from the beach and squirrels and birds flying. Very beautiful .
3. The restaurant overlooks the outdoor swimming pool and the beach, making you feel at home for a long time.
4. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Great place to stay, babysitting service, kid friendly pool, and right on the beach. Central to everything you need to do in the kuta area.

First room we stayed in was horrific, smelt like mould and the shower didn t drain very well. We asked to be upgraded to the deluxe room (payed a little extra but it was worth the money).

I would 100% say not to stay in the old looking rooms ( the cheaper)

A five-star hotel located on Kuta beach, the hotel is very spacious with complete facilities, the garden is spacious and beautiful, there are 3 swimming pools, the rooms are spacious, clean, well-maintained and comfortable, only if you get a back side room some distance away from the front lobby is quite calculated sports, the staff are friendly and friendly and quick to respond, it's just a shame the breakfast menu is lacking, some times breakfast is not visible menu of beef or chicken meat in the form of cuts only chicken meat shreded with shredded chicken porridge right not all foreign tourist guests, just input it because star hotels under the Grand Inna alone can be served.

Great accommodation. Very large hotel diiiiirekt beach :) Super nice and professional welcome - almost 5 star level! Late check out for a small fee no problem. The hotel has three pools, so always somewhere a couch free. One of the pools is right on the beach with pool bar! Many restaurants and bars nearby and still it was quiet at night. Highly Recommended!

The hotel is good .... only the shower water is a bit salty making it sticky
