Feeling pretty tired not dead idea to come here many times

The place that passes is really good for relaxing, near everywhere .. Cm just came here again in the new year when the service pandemic was very long ... Checked in at 4 o'clock, again under renovation, fast too cm a little skali ...

Spacious and clean rooms and near the beach .. The breakfast menu is plenty ... but the fullboard food menu is normal and standard

Condition/ Service of rooms were great. But Customer experience was really bad . Especially with Photo booth at their hotel and Duty managers in line who hardly assist in resolving any disputes deriving as a result from lies ( to loot money) from photo booth counter at their hotel. Even though in line duty managers were briefed about this issue as this just not only make our experience horrible but also damage international reputation of Grand Inn Kuta, but they were not interested and refused to assist us to resolve this issue and told us directly to review anything about Grand Inn Kuta. This was the first time ever i heard such a disrespectful comment from a duty manager at a 4 star hotel anywhere.

The staff are pleasant and the hotel is generally kept clean. The pools and gardens are well maintained and nice. The buffet breakfast was chaotic with very little food labelled. The staff could not keep up with the demand for a lot of the food. Room service is delivered on a very convenient rolling table. The orders have been wrong both times and the food is average, but not terrible. The location of the hotel is amazing right near waterbo, Hardrock and lots of shops. Compared to other hotels of the same price it feels tired and disorganised, but the location helps make up for it.

So yes , we were shifted to new rooms and those rooms are heaven , a delight , you have access to the beach straight away , you have access to beautiful view of the sea , there are beautiful restaurants , after being shifted to that area , I think it will be one of my favorite property .

Pathetic service , the rooms we booked after watching the pictures of room were not offered when we arrived . They have two buildings one with old rooms and one with new , old building doesn't even has a lift in it .
They don't have a good service and try to make money out of everything whereas I stayed at different properties in Bali like holiday inn and all , they all offered such amazing services but this one was worse than pathetic .
Please don't book this place ever .

We booked in the older section as the pictures looked ok but we lasted 10 minutes in the room before requesting an upgrade which we happily paid the difference for. Do yourself a favor and pay the little bit extra for the new section of the hotel when you book. The pool area by the beach was closed for renovations when we stayed so a little disappointed but there are 2 other spacious pools on the property. Breakfast was adequate. Location was great being close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants and warungs. The staff were attentive and friendly.
Our flight home was late at night so the hotel offered to store our bags in a secure place until our transfer arrived.

This is a really good place for lunch and for Drinks - over looking the beach

This is a gem. We stayed here over new years. Comfortable rooms. Excellent service. The breakfast is ok, all edible but needs more attention. The pool bar music is just a bit too loud driving the clients to other pools, which may be the idea. I will recommend this hotel.

I came for business purposes, the whole experience is nice-all in one place, except the wi-fi speed, a poor provider might contribute to this.

Everything is perfect believe me, specious and clean room with large toilet,beach in walking distance like 50m, you can see surfers very close to you with large tides

Good place, good breakfast, good pool, good room. And the best things they have beach access from hotel.

Affordable prices with comfort. The rooms are ethnic Balinese. Clean and neat. The water in the bathroom is also clean and smooth. The scenery is also good because it's directly on the beach. The restaurant is below with views of the beach and pool. The food is good and lots of choices.

The location of the hotel is very close even on the beach of Kuta. From the hotel there is direct access to Kuta beach without having to cross the highway. The hotel has two swimming pools which are quite large and maintain good water quality. The hotel building is very large and spacious. Clean rooms, with enough hot water. Food in the restaurant is good.

First off the positives: the place itself is perfectly situated, food is great and service super nice and welcoming, within 5 min you're at the beach, next door is a surfing school, taxi service is present and the city life is a 5-10 min walk. So everything you could need is close by. There are 3 pools (1 was closed while we were there for reconstruction) and many extra services available including a pool bar.
However, when we entered our room, we found a thick layer of dust on top of the bed structure and stains on the bed sheets. With everything else so perfect, it was a bit sad to see such easy things neglected. Overall we still really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

The hotel is located right in front of the entrance to Kuta beach, the restaurant and the pool are facing the beach. Spacious, and very strategically located.
At night they usually set up a tavern for dinner.
The rooms are also spacious and there is a balcony, the balcony overlooking the garden is also quite okay.

The location is very good, right on the coast of Kuta

The sound of the TV next to the connecting room in the old building was loud all night.

A comfortable place ... close to the mini market, eating places etc. .. the staff is alert and friendly ... the rooms are awsam .. cool ..

As a local guide , i will say this hotel it has the best location of hotel in Bali. Is just 10 second walk to jump to famous kuta beach and minutes walk to the most famous nightlife on legian street. Over all aim as the bali driver will give higly recomend for you to choose ina hotel for your great vacation luxury hotel in Kuta .

This hotel is very large, has beautiful swimming pools and has a garden planted with lots of porcelain flowers. I usually sit at the balcony in the evening to smell the fragrance of flowers. Breakfast here is very diverse, there are many delicious dishes that can be eaten and also enjoyed the sea. The staff is very professional

Amazing service, amazing beach, great food and the best place to stay if you're at Kuta in Bali.

Pros: Location is good - Right on the beach and close to everything. The swim up bar is nice. The staff are friendly. House keeping is pretty good.

The buffet breakfast by the pool looking out to the beach is great. Wonderful view and wonderful food.

Cons:
We got a superior pool access rooom. The room was a bit dated and the bathtub / shower had a dingy old shower curtain. Definitely needs a modern upgrade. The bottled water at the bar was 30,000 IDR which was pretty expensive.

Overall:

Would I stay here again...yes and no. If I was to stay in Kuta again I would, but Kuta is just a bit busy for my liking. Grand Inna is good value, the location makes it worth it and the pool areas are great. If you are looking for a beach location in Kuta this is a great place to come.. particularly if it is your first time in Bali.

The only thing that makes this a 4 star review rather than 5 is the dated room needing some refurbishment.

they have 3? level rooms. I have already been there 2 times. low level is not good. smell aircon. etc.
Never shine cheap. I smell air conditioning.
