Ink Technologies Review

Ordered a set of 4 cartridges. The first cartridge that I put in worked. It was color. The next 3 either did not work or only functioned for a couple months. Samsung printers have a chip on toner cartridges and are very fussy. Ink T would not replace the bad cartridges because it was passed their warranty. At $50 a cartridge this cost me a lot of money. After 2 calls with them they said they are very strict. Even one day pass their warranty, they will not deal with you. They save money by buying large quantities and then marking them up before selling to you the consumer. A self respecting company would have stood behind a new customer like me, but not these people. Stay away from them.

Great company. Everything I have ordered has performed as expected. Will do business again whenever I am in the market for Ink supplies.

Ink Technologies is my go-to for printer toner and ink! They have some of the best prices I have found online for toner and ink. I own and operate a small business, and would recommend this company to other small business owners.

Avoid ink technologies with a 10 foot pole. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered two sets of cartridges for a Samsung color laser printer. The new printer did recognize the cartridges.

Issue #1) They would not pay to get their own faulty cartridges back, they wanted me to pay for shipping. They only offered to replace them. I complied and accepted the replacement idea. They sent me an email saying that the new items have shipped and that I should throw away the original set.
Issue #2) The replacements arrived, but only 4 cartridges (one set), not the 8 that I had originally ordered.
Issue #3) The replacements did not work.
Issue #4) They sent me a label to return the cartridges (now only 4). They claim they have credited my card, but the bank has no record of the credit.
Issue #5) They refuse to credit me for the other 4 cartridges.

This is really right on the line of what I might consider fraud. Its not enough money to sue or go through the hassle of a credit card dispute, but this was a total waste of time to deal with a really low brow company. There are other similar products on amazon for just a touch more money that work fine.

This company is my favorite to purchase ink cartridges from. Their customer service is impeccable! The print cartridges sometimes have to be returned, but they work 95% of the time for re-manufactured.

Proven to me that you can buy with confidence as they backup the quality of their product. Admittedly I am very small user of toner but they treated me with urgency and immediately solved my problem w/o cost or any haggling.

I bought the 4 pack for my HP Laser 1600. Only three stars as I had problems with the RED cartridge. The printer kept asking to reinstall it. Turns out there were two problems related to re-manufacturing quality.
1. I had to take the spring and trap door off my old one as the purchased one would't close correctly.
2. still not working ... found the connection in back that communicates to the printer had too much plastic. Had to breakaway small bits for it to finally work.
I doubt that it had been been tested.

Great product and the company will stand behind it. Any problems will quickly be resolved. I would recommend this company.

Ink Technologies is a uniquely customer oriented company, while providing quality products. Be it their 'user friendly' online ordering, or customer service function, this company seems to be committed to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, & their product category.

I have a printing company for over 10 years. I had a order of ink toner and they stated that since I ordered the toner to NJ ( which is where my printing company is and my billing address is in CT, and due to the fact that they cant verify my address on UPS (have no idea why) I'm possibly fraudulent. Remember I have been in business for years. So they will need to cancel my order..... WOW what an insult. YOU need to check your verification system. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH EVERY AGAIN..... I should have read their reviews before I even ordered!!

This company is great to do business with, very fast shipping and quality products.

Terrible customer service, we ordered at least 200 toners a year from them but when to returns for defective toners got too high they canceled us. Pretty bad when you don't even stand behind you 100% satisfaction guarantee. I would not use this company.

This company is easy to work with - and they will get back to you very quickly if you have any questions!

I recently ordered a cartridge for my laser printer. The price was very low. I received my cartridge a couple of days later (with standard shipping) so it was sent very soon after my order was placed. Yesterday, I installed it in my printer. The cartridge fit and my printouts look as they should. Based on this experience, I am a very happy customer.

If I could give them less than a one star I would. I told these folks I needed a ink cartridge FAST to replace the useless one they sent me and they didn't care how much business I was going to do with them, they told me they had rules and the customer cannot be trusted.... so I took my money somewhere else and ate the loss. A pox on you jerks.

I have been ordering from Ink Technologies for years...A very easy process. Great website and very user friendly, along with any product you could possibly need. I've never had any problems with the cartridges and my orders are always shipped immediately.

Ink Technologies offers very high quality compatible ink cartridges at prices much lower than factory prices and along with their fast delivery, they are hard to beat ! Highly recommend them !!! JB

I am giving a 5 Star for now based upon the ease of use with the website and the special discount I qualified for and the free shipping. So far I am impressed and am giving it a shot based on the pricing as well as their warranty. I will update if I have any issues, otherwise assume my remanufactured Canon toners all work. I ordered all 3 colors (Magenta, Cyan& Yellow) for less than I bought a black toner for on eBay a few months ago because I didn t know Ink Technologies existed! Glad I stumbled across them on Google! I guess your ad paid off. :) Customer for life if I have a good experience!

Great prices and delivery but if you need to make a return they tell you to contact the maker of the cartridge. They don't mind making the sale but you are on your own if it doesn't work.

Stay away. If something goes wrong, they will pass the buck and stick you with the loss.

I ordered the 4 pack of toner cartridges from Ink Technologies. 3 of them worked perfectly, one didn't. When I called and contacted customer service by phone, I spoke to the most amazing, friendly customer service rep I have gotten on the phone in a very long time. I received my replacement quickly...Works perfectly. I have to say, this is the first time I have ordered through you Ink Tech, and I wish I would have found them sooner!

I've always dated my ink cartridges when I've installed them. What I've found since using InkTechnologies is that they last as long as the ones I purchased in office stores, and they've maintained their quality throughout their months of use. GREAT PRODUCTS!!

Worst company I've dealt with in a while. Our company printer would not read 2 of the toners that they sent us. I called customer service to let them know the situation and was told that I could return them but they would not expedite shipping new ones to us to replace the bad toner they sent.

Ordering was easy, the price was good, shipping was fine. The black ink cartridge for my Canon printer lasted about ten pages of standard Word document print. Three out of four ain't good when the one you actually need doesn't work. Left me stranded. I'll just pay the more expensive price this time and go with manufacturer's goods. Lesson learned.

A most delightful experience. I will always do business with Ink Technologies from now on. I put my order in and the next day it was here! I was simply amazed. I would do a comercial for this company, i'm so impressed. With the prices I ditched my inkjet printer and can afford toner for my laser jet printer.

Poor experience trying to return a product. In fact, we were told to report it to the manufacturer of the product. Refused to accept it back. Prior to this, we were pleased with fast shipping and low cost. We shall go elsewhere next time.

When I went from name brand Canon to Ink's so called comparable cartridge, colors were way off! My Canon Pro printer did not like the fake brand name! You get what you pay for, cheap price, cheap results! If you don't care about quality go for it!

The ink is working out fine. Heck, it's ink. It's doing its job. But what really impressed me is how well you guys got the job done. Quickly, efficiently, inexpensively. At this moment I am dealing with another company who has screwed up 4 times. You guys came shining through.

I ordered two toners for my printer Samsung Xpress M2830DW. The package was arrived within five days. Inside the package, the toners were packed neatly and individually. I was really surprised the print quality was so clean and clear after I put the toner in. Staples charges almost triple of the price that I paid for from Ink Technologies. I even recommended my boss to buy toners from Ink Technologies.
