Fayetteville Free Library Review

The best public library in CNY not in terms of book selection (though that's pretty good itself) but in terms of the variety of activities available. There's always something going on for everyone, from movie nights to summer day camps to after school activities. For the kids there is the lab, which includes a 3D printer. The cafe is a very relaxing place to get all of your reading and work done and the food's not half bad either. You can check out iPads (overnight or for in-library use) too, among other things, and the hours (9am-9pm) are the best of any public library in the area, though there have been some occasions when they failed to notify any special closing. Aside from that, it's always clean, pages and librarians are very friendly, and it's a valuable asset to the community.

One of my favorite places. Everyone is so kind and helpful.

Visited the library the first time. We are very impressed by the resources this library offers. There are many classes available, in particular we are interested in their STEAM focused classes for school aged kids. I'm sure we will be spending a lot of time in their FAB LAB and creating many things!

Love the fab lab with 3D printers, CNC machine and more. Then they have the creation lab dedicated to video and sound complete with green screen. This library does it all!!!

My personal go to library

I sure do love this place. Plenty of room to stretch out and work, read, or study. Or meet with friends to discuss a book and a cup of coffee or something to eat.

Beautiful facility in an old Stickley factory. Check out the museum upstairs. Also, lots of programs and events for people of all ages.

Lied about their hours and have no set time. It says 1pm to 5 pm hours might differ... I called they said they were open until 4:00pm (I am OK with this) Then I walk in at 2:45pm and they tell me they are closing in 15 minutes!!!!! What is this????!!!!????
