Avoid ink technologies with a 10 foot pole. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered two sets of cartridges for a Samsung color laser printer. The new printer did recognize the cartridges.

Issue #1) They would not pay to get their own faulty cartridges back, they wanted me to pay for shipping. They only offered to replace them. I complied and accepted the replacement idea. They sent me an email saying that the new items have shipped and that I should throw away the original set.
Issue #2) The replacements arrived, but only 4 cartridges (one set), not the 8 that I had originally ordered.
Issue #3) The replacements did not work.
Issue #4) They sent me a label to return the cartridges (now only 4). They claim they have credited my card, but the bank has no record of the credit.
Issue #5) They refuse to credit me for the other 4 cartridges.

This is really right on the line of what I might consider fraud. Its not enough money to sue or go through the hassle of a credit card dispute, but this was a total waste of time to deal with a really low brow company. There are other similar products on amazon for just a touch more money that work fine.
