На скріншоті показано що є інформація про відмову, функції "відкат особистих данних" відсутня. Надає привід думати що компанія займається шахрайськими діями. Категорично не раджу цю компанію.

Ребята кто ещё не в курсе кларна - это мошенничество и обман. Мы столкнулись мошенниками. Мой муж хотел заказать кофемашинка, там была со скидкой 69 евро, оказывается, мы когда оформили заказ, там была машинка, А в конечном итоге нам пришёл счёт, что мы должны сумму 130 евро за тарелку, оказывается, у них увеличивается сумма и там полный обман и мошенничество не ведитесь на наш на на этих мошенников.
Дуже шкодую, що не можна поставити мінус 5 зірок!!! Замовила товар на ціну 3,5 євро, а через 3 місяці прийшов рахунок з відсотками за кожен місяць, а у випадку невчасного платежу відсотки рахують як у космосі і в кінечному результаті до оплати 33 євро... Таке відчуття, що товар дешевий, а збагачуються на здирництві. Жалкую, що перед тим, як зв'язатися з цими шахраями, не було розуму почитати спочатку ці жахливі відгуки. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! My order was cancelled but in 2 months Klarna was not able to pay me back (for another bill which I paid 1 day after due date they send me a new bill for 1,20 ) after contacting Customer Service (Online Chat as there is no other way to contact them!) and waiting 8 Min in the chat, the person asked me 3 times my personal data instead of reading the chat and finding all the informations that I had already provided . In the end they could not help me via the chat and said someone would contact me later, was is not happening and I still didn t receive my Money back (should I also request a demand note? :P )
Pretty discreet on how they communicate. A lot of pop-ups that come up after a purchase that are confusing which make you accidentally click on it and there is no way back of paying extra fees for no reason. I wasted more money on their fees than having a good customer experience.

What a scam and joke of a company. Making money by hiding information, fees and basically makeing it hard to pay so they can charge you fees for being late. This company should be reported to the finance authority asap.
Always helpful, always understanding. No problem moving a payment forward, even if you missed the payment by a day. For many years I have been doing the main thing of my Swedish purchases with Klarna and have never had any problems with them.
Such methods don't work at all. Customer service does not respond to requests at all. They always just want money. Reminder fees are charged for goods that have not been shipped.

Completely horrible handling of "my" problem by Klarna. Bought a pair of glasses online shop and chose to pay with mastercard / debit card to avoid the infamous Klarna invoice solution. The purchase was completed, money was withdrawn from the account. The item came. No wonder so far until a Klarna invoice comes anyway! They want to be paid twice, apparently .... I required from now to prove I paid by card. They demand extensive documentation after two contacts with my bank (master card issuer) is still not Klarna requirements for approved documents.
This information I have served to Klarna: exact time of purchase, all information of the master card, excerpt from the account with reference number for the transaction. But that is not enough - they require more. New deadline was set when I had to deliver info about recipient account etc. So Klarna demands that I continue to work for them. Like that you can get home the goods and then pay easily in their app. And freeze the payment if you don't get their goods. Never had any problems with clarity.
Slow support, "chat" replies took 6-10 minutes per reply. Their "direct" payments usually doesn't work so the payment gets delayed in either way and fees has to be paid and you are advised to use the bank purchase method to them. Might as well just use the bank method from the start as that's both cheaper and faster.

Payment with Klarna fails, but they place several preliminary payments on the amount. Customer service says they will keep my money for about 3 days and nothing can be done. They even have the guts to say that I should try with more transfers from other browsers so they can "borrow" even more money from me. Klarna payment methods are confusing and not transparent. If you don't pay manually even the agreement is set to automatic payment (recurring payments) you will get a SEK60 =$7 fee for every invoice they remind you of.
I also tried to enroll Klarna as payment exchange for my own business but the fees they charge merchants are the highest.
Used Klarna for several years and has always worked flawlessly. Easy payments, be able to pay whenever I want. Never buy an invoice or never connect your company to Klarna. The company is equal to thieves. In the test Klarna. One star is too much. I bought lenses with direct payment, and apparently ALL lens companies use Klarna as their payment engine, so I had no choice. And now, I suddenly get an email where they offer me my "annual report" (annual report). How on earth is that any of their business? And why are they collecting this data about me? If you buy anything through their system, you are led through a maze of clicks that lead you to give them permission to autowithdraw from your account, so you are left with manually canceling this permission from your bank account. And remember, once a company that you do not trust has withdrawn something from your bank account, hell freeze over before you get that money back.

Really unhappy with their service. Sold an item on tradera in January but still not received the payment from Klarna. I called and was told that the code I use to receive the payment had been sent to my old address where I lived 5 years ago. But the agent I talked to promised to resend the code to my current address and I would get it within 14 days. It has been another 14 days and I received no code. That's why I called again today and got the exact same answer: /.
I have now traded through Klarna in many cases and had several problematic purchases due to. errors on the goods or rogue sellers.
I have a feeling that Klarna's service has improved. Got several problems with purchases after damage to packages, for example, you could easily pause the payment which forces the seller company to act correctly.

I have been a victim of identity fraud through Klarna! And the worst thing is, that their customer support is basically non-existent! Their UK support form on their website only puts out an error message, their support email only forwards to the chat and the chat forwards to a phone number that is not active. This company needs to be investigated for fraud as well!
I'm probably one of their biggest private customers, yet they are treated like crap. Had an invoice that I paid in late but before the reminder appeared in the mailbox. Should I then pay a reminder fee or not? If Klarna thinks I should do it then they may well curse me to announce it. Instead, there will be a debt collection claim of 248.59 riksdaler. Talked to their customer service about withdrawing this, but it was like asking them to take the moon down. The customer service guy barely knew Swedish and had a totally negative attitude to the matter. KLARNA! YOU DON'T SUGGEST, will never trade through them again.

It is definitely the worst idea for business people to use Klarna's payment system. I created Boka direct and our persuaded by Boka direct customer service to connect Klarna to my account. So that my customers can choose to pay via Klarna. I did my service to a customer, customer paid to Klarna, but Klarna did not pay me money. They are doing it for 3 months (from November) and find out various "excuses" that it was our red days and were similar. I want to warn all entrepreneurs !! Never choose Klarna's payment system. Unfortunately, they do not pay money to small companies that work so hard.
When you pay with clarified invoice via tradera you have no purchase protection whatsoever. You are called in to pay with an invoice because it signals security when dealing with a private person but the security is false. I paid by invoice and when I received the item there were spots on it that were not in either image or ad text. I agreed with the seller that I would send the goods back and I followed the clarified regulations on return and sent the goods within three days and with tracking number. When the seller receives the jacket, he refuses to remove the invoice. So he breaks our agreement. The clear staff replies that they cannot help me because I bought the product on tradera and they have nothing to do with tradera. Even though they have the tracking number and can see that the jacket has been taken out and they have access to the email conversation where they can read to my and the seller's agreement that I will get my money back when he has received the jacket. Klarna says that only the seller can remove the invoice. It is a joke and illegal to have such a procedure. I'll take it further with the Consumer Agency. And while I do, I have an invoice that has expired. Why should I pay almost SEK 700 for a jacket that I have not received? Completely unacceptable.
Withdrawing money from an account without even getting your product or getting hold of the company that delivers it, when you are going to claim the case, this is not possible, even though you have performed the process 2 times before. Should never use the clear longer to any extent, then I take care of that alternative.
Avoid Klara to the greatest extent, however, they now seem to have a monopoly. Have two horrible experiences that make you think. Only when making a direct payment with a bank account do they take the opportunity to take a credit report despite cash payment. They mention it as "invoice solution" anyway. Strange behavior and do not even know if it is legal just because they have baked it into the agreements. Is not a legitimate reason for a check, just an excuse to collect more data about their "customers".

Biggest scammer on reminder fee. Warning they have all the information about your account balance / purchase transactions have just like your bank account statement. It is not enough to choose payment on the fall day. they mean that they send an invoice to your e-mail so you have to log in to the clear and gogo the payment which you do not do it in disbelief that you have already made payment on the due date. Klarna is one of the toughest payment services I've been to! Earlier, you could get a link to the invoice by mail. They have changed that! Today you have to LOG in to their website, in order to retrieve the invoice. IT IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! I did not even find an actual invoice in early June and received no reminder via email. Now they have changed the layout and yesterday I found the invoice - with 60: - reminder fee added! Reaching them by mail is not possible! Chat or phone applies.
Now I intend to stop shopping for internet services that use Klarna as a payment service! Thank you!

Klarna may have a "flying" start on their savings account, but the service also does not seem to be fully developed! Select a reference account by going to your profile page. 2. Add the bank account you want the money transferred to. This must be a Swedish account in your name. If we'm still verifying your account, there's a banner that says so. 5. Once your account is verified, you can go to the account information for the flexible account and press the button to withdraw (Withdraw money) 6. A transfer takes 1-2 banking days
After you have added a reference account to which you want the money to be paid out, it will take 2-3 days before the connection is approved. Once the reference account has been registered and you have chosen to withdraw the money, it will be visible in your account within 2-4 banking days. Unclear when buying a client account is an invoice or not, submitting late fees for things that are not delayed and have no understanding or want to fix mistakes. Worst of all, probably their unpleasant customer service.
