30 minutes lunch break they don't pay you for and I say that because is an extra 30 minutes we have to stay there, eating in a dirty/dusty boat because they don't have a decent area where people can actually sit down on a chair and eat,no microwave to heat the food at;unless u buy one, none accommodation at all! I felt like an slave because I was obligated to take 30 minutes lunch break in a place where they don't have a decent area where all employees can go eat. Eat in the boat if not too hot or eat out side the boat if is not raining or cold (if u find a place to sit at) of course.
This company treat their workers as dogs! Even dogs are treated better than us. The supposedly benefits;if you're sick and can't make it to work you don't get pay because they don't have sick days. If you get sick for over a week you get pay loss time and is about 265$ apart of that you will still have to pay your insurance and the union, insurance is 311 a month and union about 40 or more always depends, now why is that if an employer is sick and can't make it to work gets loss time and still have to pay for benefits when they are sick? 265 on loss time,if an employee has to stay more than a week home won't be able to make it with just 265$ a week having a family to support, a rent to pay, food and apart of that still have to pay for their benefits? Really, this company the union don't make nothing for the employee good and to easy it out for them. The union seems to be working for the company benefits and not the employee benefits!
Union do nothing for the benefits of the employee.. And part of it is that union workers all (use to/or work) for the company. Employees are obligated to work through storms!! Unless their early out or have vacation they have to stay there;go out of their cars in the storm and make it to their work area no matter what. Serious! Yes. We don't get rain out for making it there all wet, rain out is only if the boat has water not even funny. I'm so happy to be working for another company and this is my honest review people;I have more to say but is already too long

This place is an OSHA nightmare there equipment is falling apart and upper management is awful and they put Quantity SO FAR ABOVE QUALITY that i'm surprised these boats don't fall apart in the water.

Shame on this company I have had the DISPleaseure of working with multiple bad companies..... This is definitely one of them...... I worked for 2 weeks and left didn t show up to work the next day.... I now serve in the US ARMY.... haven t had a complaint yet....... DO NOT WASTE your valuable resources here......Some bald creep takes you by side to write you and get you in trouble....... very stressful for someone one is just earning a living...... Fuck this place to hell... lot of drugs in the area and court battles... I stayed at a hotel in the local to work at this place and mind my own business got terrorized and nearly shot to death by African American BLACK whores..... had to call the local police department... very unnecessary for somebody just making his own way and earning a living on his own....
