They printed the programs I had created for a funeral last week. I struggled to find a quick printing service online as I wasn't local. Infinite Imaging printed, cut, folded, boxed and we picked up about an hour and a half after they opened. The programs were gorgeous and they paid such great attention to detail. They showed compassion and made an awful day less stressful. We are grateful.
Unprofessional ! We paid for York Production services year after year . Now we are being told they sold , in October . Employees gone . No attempt to notify inform current clients . How ever they did notify us that they now charge File fees . Wow I thought I was going in to buy a knew car ? What creativity for a few dollars ! Any business who lack the common courtesy to inform there client base in a change in ownership and rates isn't honest . I had no issue finding a more comfortable welcoming printing company south port printing in Portsmouth NH . It is like night & day . I wasn't the only original " York Production " client that left . What was also so uncomfortable is the visual violation by an employee not wearing a mask . This place has become Mickey Mouse ! But I didn't see Donald Duck !
