If you don't speak a local language fluently, and don't feel like arguing for a long time, don't!
We had to first convince the girl at the counter that we had already paid through Car Del Mar (even though we had all the paperwork with us), then that we didn't want to pay twice the price for a slightly better car ... that seemed unexpected, and with some calls and Whatsapp messages she somewhere got a totally dirty, scratched/dented car, fuel blinking empty. This took about 2 hours in total.
The car worked nicely though, and returning it went relatively smooth.

Simo Sovoy cars representative in Agadir met us in Agadir airport... helped us with luggage filled our contract gave us his number and asks us not to hesitate if we need a help throughout our holiday... literally American customer service but in a Moroccan soil... got into the car found out its only done 15k km a brand new car that was very economical reliable and comfortable. Very pleased

I found myself in the parking lot of the Airport without a car, after having waited more than four hours the agent announces me that there is no car despite my reservation and my confirmation. The agency does not answer the phone to find an alternative. And the agent assures me that it is frequent that the travelers find themselves without means of locomotion. We find ourselves delivered to ourselves to find another means of transport.

I am giving it five star for the easiness to rent and return back a car . I changed cars without having to go to the agency they reach you where ever you are .so far no issues have I ever had with any of the cars I rented with them so will always use them .

I dealt with them four or five years ago, to the secretariat, an office with the highest professionalism, and deserves thanks and praise, and its cars are clean and new, and the model of the year

At the drink of 2 days I call back saying that I want someone to change the vehicle and they ask me to pay 100 dirhams extra per day to get a better one. Fed up with blur of yelling I'm back at the airport gave them back their chip infested vehicle we got bitten by my children and me
It is the first and last time that I go there.

Worst experience ever, was giving a car with aftermarket tinted windows and no carseats, even that I requested the carseats when I booked and did not get any money back for no carseats.
After a long trip from the US and traveling with 2 kids, I Was stopped by police officers and giving a ticket as soon as I left the parking lot with the car, the police officer mentioned that he told Sovoy 3 times to remove the tint from the windows. I called Sovoy and waited 2 hours for a guy with a bad attitude to arrive, the officers let me go after I agreed to follow the Savoy guy to remove the tint. I followed the guy to a carwash where he asked some guys to remove the tint and left without saying nothing or apologizing...
Next day I took the car for inspection because I was going on a road trip and didn t trust the rental company, I was right, air filter was clogged, all fluids were low, bad tires, bad wiper blades. I paid to get the car fixed so i can drive it without worries...
At the return, nobody was waiting at the parking lot like Youssef mentioned, I had to go back to the rental counter to return the car and get my deposit back...
Will never rent from this people again...

The worst thing you do is make a reservation if they come to look for you, don't be afraid to call to remind them almost every week they charged me with the 10 card of the reservation and when my flight arrived there was no car they are scammers

Had the car for 6 weeks. Paid a premium price that i agreed to. Owed a remaining balance upon my return to Casablanca. Agents weren't available to collect the car upon my return so it had to be the next day. Guy turns up at my hotel (late) and tries to overcharge me by inclusively counting day on the calendar plus adding a day for the return day (Contract stated otherwise). 30 minute negotiation and having to literally count the days out on the calandar infront of them i proved my point. Regardless of this they would not budge on at least 1 overcharge day. Having no choice in the matter and now eating into critical airport travel time i chose to pay the higher amount. I am well travelled and i expect these types of things in these types of countries but of youre going to have a legitimate business and website then your customers should be warned of your tactics. Do not hire from this company. Find another, and i hope you have a more pleasant experience upon your exit from Morocco.

The worst experience ever! I rented a car from Sovoy through an agency based on the UK. I arrived to the airport in Tangier, as it is the pick up location. Minutes passed by; no one showed off nor called me. I made the first call, guess what? They turned their cellphone off, yes- they did. After a few calls I made to the agency that I used to make the reservation, it turned out that the car is still in Rabat for maintenance and they promised to deliver the car asap (I am not going to state what happened in details ). Definitely I had to cancel my reservation. You guys are pathological liars! Avoid them
