I saw great deals in Indianapolis so I looked for cars for sale from Indianapolis car dealerships. Indy Auto Man was one of the used car dealers that grabbed my attention. From my first call to the car dealership, to the test drive in the car I inquired about, everything was perfect. I was very happy with their service. If you are looking for a car dealership to do business with I would recommend looking into Indy Auto Man.

Jarrett was easy to work with, and they had a good price on a 2014 Buick Verano. Was able to finance at a couple hundred less than KBB value. They sent an email the day before letting me know what documents I needed in order to make the process go as smoothly as possible. This was my first time buying a car, and I have no complaints so far. I was always told the process was more like pulling teeth, but everything seemed pretty routine to me.

No pressure to buy. Had just the vehicle I was looking for her and was very easy to work with. Very professional!

Wife and I came looking for new truck. 15 minutes walking around not one sales person in sight. Even sat in car for 20 minutes looking online. No sales people. When someone wants to spend $35,000 at your business, probably should make an effort.

Very positive experience. Alex the sales consultant was professional, and understood what I was looking for. The general sales manager, Matthew, was also nice to work with. Very upfront, and open about the financial process. I didn't feel pressured at all and they helped me make the right decision. A unique atmosphere for a used car lot, highly recommended!

Horrible experience! They gave me an "on the road" price and I come to find out that I'm still somehow responsible for the registration fee?!?!?!?! I guess they just figured they could pull one over on me because I was from out of state. BEWARE OF THIS LOT. Clearly these people have bad intentions. BUYER BEWARE.

I was in on Saturday with my boyfriend he made an offer on a vehicle , paying in full with a check . He wasn't even given a counter offer nor the option to look at another vehicle we basically were escorted out of the building . I feel had he financed thru you we would have driven away in a new vehicle . It's all about the $ not customer service .

I went in on Monday test drove a car, got approved on Tuesday, and was driving at home by that night. That's how simple buying a car at Indy automan is, not to mention Steve was super helpful and understanding. Steve was friendly and not pushy at all unlike most car salesman. I had my car inspected and found nothing wrong with it, so you know that Indy Auto Man sells quality vehicles for every price range. My car was a little out of my price range, but the condition it was in was worth the extra cost.

Easy to work with. Only thing is that you need a little more paperwork than expected (proof of residency and SS card) that I did not have copies with me. Other than that they try to work with you. I worked with Jaime & Joe

We set an appointment on an Audi SUV with Nick, walked in and were instantly taken care of. It was a complete no pressure environment where we felt at ease. If you do not want to deal with the dreadful car buying experience I would highly suggest starting here and saving yourself hours of the other nonsense!!!

I had a great experience with my purchase at Indy Auto Man. I got a great deal on my dream car (Volvo XC60) Everyone on their staff is so friendly and nice to work with. I got pre-approved for a loan through my credit union, but the finance guy at IAM was able to get me approved through a different credit union with a interest rate 2.4% lower than I had been quoted. Mike in sales was great. He made the process so easy and was patient with the million questions I had. I m confident that I couldn t have gotten a better deal on the same car anywhere else. I couldn t be happier.

Came in because it's where I got my last car, Brittany and Dimitri were very helpful and I'm happy with my experience overall.

4/24/20: A big thank you to Sam and Joe for getting back with me on an issue I had with the vehicle I purchased. He went ahead and fixed the issue at no charge to me and got the car back to me in the same day.

Got pre-approved online before driving all the way there. Victor was our sales person and worked with us to make sure we got a payment we could afford! Definitely recommend this place if your looking for a newer used vehicle!!!

Derrel Summers is the best. I love my new Audi Q3. They have great vehicles and wide selections.

Was interested in a vehicle, visited the place but didn't liked what I saw. They treat the cars the worst possible way. the cars are parked so close to each other that you can barely pass through walking. All the cars in the lot has dents on them from the car parked next to it due to the narrow space when opening the car door, it certainly hits and dings the next car. It is like a chain dents on all the cars in the lot. That tells me there is no real care. Such a waste.

They tried to sell me a car that had all sorts of issues and had a Carfax history with two accidents on it. They told me they were firm on price and if they fixed the transmission and other issues, the price would go up. The car was already priced the same as other nicer cars in the area. The repairs done to the front end were mediocre to say the least. They seem a bit dishonest and in a hurry to make a sale. I'm sure it depends on the car you're after.

We were greeted with much enthusiasm and kindness. Jaime, was positive throughout the process of talking to us about the car as well as our trade-in. He was very helpful in the loan process as well as how the auto would be handled and detailed. We were impressed with their selection and would return again in the event we needed another auto. We had a great experience working with Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered every question with a lot of detail . Buying a car is always a little stressful as you sometimes feel like your not getting the best deal possible or you may be taken advantage of , Kevin worked hard to get us the best possible price actually negotiating for us . Our sale went after operating hours and while EVERY other employee left , Kevin stayed while we waited to sign the paperwork to finalize our purchase. I was pretty worried coming in. I've had lots of trouble in the past, but the staff here was just so warm and friendly. We were helped by Devin. He did everything to make me feel confident in what we were buying. He printed out Carfax reports and he was happy to answer any questions.

I once again feel the need to update:

My car overheated and died completely on 465 N just three/four months after purchasing from Indy Auto Man. The whole engine has to be replaced - estimated 5-6k. NEVER GO TO INDY AUTO MAN. Feel free to contact me and I ll let you know how I m feeling.

I feel the need to update this as the situation has escalated:
Not only did I have to replace all four tires within a few months of purchasing as they were nearly bald, I ve had to get the vehicle realigned. Auto shop said it was near dangerous. Few days later, the vehicle has overheated so bad I stop in at my auto shop again - the A/C compressor has caused the water pump to crack and leak and had to spend $400 just to fix the water pump. Now it s another $900 to get the A/C fixed. And the head gasket was cracked so another $700 or so. The mechanics let me know that the issue had progressed so far they did not feel comfortable letting me leave. I m out of words for how this whole transaction has made me feel. I m livid. Even the auto shop told me they weren t surprised when I told them where I bought it and told me more horror stories they ve heard. Be warned of Indy Auto Man.

I wish I could give no stars. Very unfriendly walking in the door, very rushed the whole time, and then it got great. Bought the vehicle the next day only to find out all of the liquids needed topped off, no notice of when an oil change is due, the entire electronics system needs rewired (was told by the sales associate a Jeep dealership did it for FREE - called and no they don t), tires already need replacing, and I had to spend $45 to put gas in it to get home because they gave it to me nearly on empty even after I complained about all of these things to Lisa the sales associate. I was told I had to bring in my banks checks on the Friday of the same week and say they could cash a personal check (my mother so generously provided since I don t have checks) if I do not. I brought the bank check 45 minutes prior to closing and was told the accounting/finance people had left for the day and couldn t get my moms personal check back but on Monday of the next week they would send me an email with a picture of the avoided check. Then it got even better. While in possession of both the bank and personal check, they cashed my moms check illegally. After discovering this, Indy Auto Man refused to deal with the situation and said they would write the check on the next Friday and mail it to her. Finally the bank decided to stop the whole process after my mom explained what happened. Absolutely worst experience I ve had with a dealership. Also, Lisa pushes for a review to be posted while waiting for the finance/accounting people to get everything together so the deal isn t even done. I told this to the man when signing all of the documents and he told me it s because she gets $20 per review. I had to sign a legal document stating I wouldn t write anything negative on social media without giving Indy Auto Man the opportunity to make it right. Well, they were given the opportunity and didn t do it. NEVER go here. I am halfway expecting a retaliation for a negative review. Would also like to point out the vehicle was falsely advertised and was told it just happens when they type the VIN # in.

Great experience. Will definitely work with you in each and every way possible. Will highly recommend the dealership and noe as a sales person.

Had a good experience the first visit and came back a week later and talked to victor he was great to work with only issue I had was waiting on finance took to long. Overall experience was great.
