I used Capital One Auto Navigator to find a good deal in central Indiana and Indy Auto Man had very good prices compared to my local dealers in Western Indiana. I picked out a van I liked online (2014 Town & Country Touring) and called and arranged a visit with Noe. The vehicle was ready and in super condition. The CarFax report gave me confidence and after looking over the vehicle for about 20 minutes and a 30 minute test drive, I was sold. The purchase was fast and friendly, and Noe was great to work with. I've since had the vehicle more thoroughly checked out by my mechanic and he said it is in excellent shape. I am very pleased with this purchase and Indy Auto Man.

Wasted 4 hours here drove home to get paperwork they needed. They said we was approved for a 15000 dollar loan for a car. Came back with the paperwork and they said we was not appeoved. How can you go from bei g approved to not approved?

Talked to my sales person and he was easy to talk to and willing to do anything to help. He showed me the vehicle that i was interested in, covered everything about the vehicle with great knowledge about it. We then discussed a second vehicle that was even better than the first one. He again knew a lot about the vehicle and helped me make an informed decision. I decided to purchase the second vehicle based on the value of the vehicle as well as the great service that i received in the dealership. The whole experience was great, from beginning to end.
