Indianapolis Marriott North Review

Great place to stay would have gotten 5 stars if there were benches the sit outside.

We are here for a family reunion. We were having fun at the bar and my wife left her Prada purse on a chair and forgot about it. Not only did the person who found it turn it in the front desk figured out whose room it belonged to and called us to let us know. We can not thank you enough. This is why we close Marriott when we choose to leave home. Thank you again!!!!!!

Very clean room, but the toilet was broken, ice machine was broken, vending machine was empty, and there was no fridge in the room.

Husband stayed at this hotel. Room was different then room booked, also the room what horribly dirty when we called the front desk they said that they were to busy to clean the room, didn t offer any other options just to stay in the very dirty wrong room.

Stayed here back in September for an event I was attending in Zionsville. Beautiful newly renovated rooms, friendly staff, and just a great stay! If and when I come back to Indy, I'll stay here because it's worth the drive from the airport!

Paid WiFi? The last time I paid for WiFi at a hotel was in Europe. Not impressed at all.

Rooms and service were nice. Room had a balcony, mini fridge, and a television with a Netflix option that you could sign in to with your own account.

Typical Marriott. Maybe a little dated compared to some others. Gets the job done, but doesn't stand out in any particular way.

Spacious and quiet venues for meeting and seminars. Courteous and attentive staff.

This is a great, clean, and updated hotel to stay in. The room layout is optimal for a business stay.

We were the bride and groom and they did not accommodate us very well or make our room anything special, we were very disappointed with the overall service considering we had many guests that booked nights there for our wedding

Just got married there and it was everything I could ever have imagined!! My vendors loved them and the food was hot and tasty!!! Amanda and Jordan both made the process easy and without stress!! They are friendly, polite and very efficient and helpful! Would recommend to everyone to use them!!

Its very pretty place to have a reunion, business meeting, anything like that.

Looks really good on the inside, the bed was the best thing going. Don't plan on too long a trip where you want to unpack your bags-THERE ARE NO DRAWERS! There are a couple of shelves but we had to call maid service to dust them first

Typical Marriott experience, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, fast Internet and good exercise facilities.

New modern rooms, but no drawers to put your clothes. An oversight. My clothes are folded up on the couch.

Two positives at this Marriott - Great customer service and the rooms are very spacious.

I am used to staying at the JW when in Indianapolis or the Marriott downtown, had to choose this property because the other two were completely booked. This one was a disappointment when compared to those two.

1. Room Service and all Food options close at 11 PM. I couldn't find any takeout options at 1 AM when I checked in. The front desk lady was nice and offered complementary snack but couldn't find a me a takeout option. Next day when I tried to order something vegetarian, I was told that the only item they have is a salad. I eventually got a flatbread but very disappointed with the taste. Wish they had more choices for us vegetarians!

2. No HBO. I rarely see a Marriott without a couple of HBO channels. This one had very few TV channels and no HBO.

The positives were the friendliness of the staff, size of the rooms (though the property itself seems very old) and the setting (located along a water body). I spent some time taking a walk along the property and saw some turtles, fishes and ducks in the water body.

I wish the hotel rectifies a couple of issues around its food choices and television and this could very well offer a decent alternative to downtown Marriott's and also attract some frequent travelers.

I needed a hotel fast. My husband had booked and checked in within minutes. It was the fastest, easiest and friendliest service. Beautiful rooms and wonderful lobby bar.

Excellent venue for a conference.
Friendly and attentive staff, excellent catering, stylish meeting tech and furniture, easy parking and access. Beautiful, contemporary interior decor and bright, open concept architecture.
Plus, enough space to find a quiet place to go hide if it is necessary to take a phone call.

They only had one steamer and it was broke, I was there for my cousin's wedding.

Our preferred hotel when traveling with our family to visit our oldest who attends college in the area. Nice facilities and close to everything. Staff is always helpful.

This is a nice hotel. They have renovated the rooms and lobby the past few years so it is updated and modern looking. I like the new look but feel some things in the room are not functional. For example, they no longer provide a dresser in the room. So I guess the assumption was made that guests want to hang all their clothes. Also the restaurant area can get very loud in the evenings. I stay here occasionally when traveling for work.
