Service on site, formalities as expected in the 21st century, poorly communicating remotely.

I came to look around before choosing a new car. Unfortunately, I got blew. Nobody was interested in my visit, I could not ask for the details of the car offer. I am very disappointed. More Christmas for the appearance of the salon itself.

Efficient and quick repair with AC, replacement of the bumper and headlight was carried out without any problems. The whole repair with other elements took less than 2 weeks. Nice service Mr. Marcin. I would highly recommend :)

The service on the site is very nice and pleasant. Discounts on services and parts, although they may not have the best, but well BMW- You Will Have Expenses ;-) "although since I go to them I prefer the slogan" driving pleasure. P.S. They don't even look very crooked when you come with your parts ;-)

Service at a very high level, short waiting times, there are minor mishaps, but they are not worth mentioning.

Poor customer service. The car was in the service for 2 days and, apart from a rich description of service activities, no fault was diagnosed. The car was once again serviced for further diagnosis, and this time it was not without adventures - no replacement car.

I was in a service with my car. Be treated very kindly and professionally. The action was to last three hours and so it was. In addition, I am constantly informed about what is happening with my car and what stage of the action it is at.
I remember this visit well and I can personally recommend this salon.

I traveled all over the city to see possibly buy a BMW X4. I made an appointment with Mrs. A. for a specific time. For me, buying a used car is associated with driving over it. I came, saw and learned that test driving is impossible. Mrs. A., with grievances, said that I had not asked about such a possibility.
I lost over an hour to listen to the seller.
Nice salon, but the service is unlikely to sell a premium brand.
Oh, do not answer that I am to describe the situation etc. just instruct your employees.

My motorcycle needed an important spare part quickly during a trip. Inchcape was able to get that in only one day without a hassle.

Two months ago I came to see you used BMW X4. The car was shown to me by Aleksandra. She was very nice but little oriented in the subject. She asked her colleague about everything, at the beginning she said that test drive is not possible but after my pressure and consulting with the manager, this ride came to fruition. She promised that in accordance with the announcement, I would receive an Inchcape certificate, i.e. a technical condition check certificate in 113 points, a Polish user manual and that the car was collision-free. I signed a contract. When a few days later I came to pick up the car, Aleksandra was not so nice. She said that I would not receive the above mentioned certificate because the system was not working, that there was no colleague etc. etc. She did not give me the user manual, promising that she would send it by post. Being at home I noticed that the windshield is unoriginal - of course Mrs. Aleksandra knew nothing about it, which is odd to me !!
As for the certificate - after my pressures, after some time she sent some photos about the technical condition, while I haven't received the book until today, although she promised several times by phone
According to Aleksandra, the car was still under the factory warranty for about 1.5 months. When I went to BMW in my city, it turned out that the warranty was two weeks. Mrs. A. obviously knew nothing about it, because this was the first time she had encountered such a situation !!! No comment...

Why does the head of the website dislike animals ... ??? !!!!
Nowadays, with a dog, you can enter a restaurant, some shopping malls (e.g. BATORY in Gdynia), I sometimes went to the pharmacy with the dog ...
but not to the Inchcape salon !!!!
Today my car was serviced longer than it was originally planned - what I was informed about and what I agreed to, provided that I came with the dog - as part of the evening walk ... but on the road, in the door, MR GUARD stood up. .! "IT IS NOT ALLOWED!"
the translations did not help, that I just want to ask the advisor to put up a car in which my dog will wait until I finish the review procedure - i.e. I will pay a lot of money ... ;-(
But I am not forced to visit this site, so I can easily look for more friendly circumstances ...

I bought a GS in 2016 and I got for a good deal, but recently when I went there to change it for a new one, they really overpriced the new one, and under quote mine... So I went to another dealer and I bought the new gs 2019 for less than 7k pln of what inchcape offered... they used to be really good but recently they changed, that's why 3 stars. By the way their workshop it's really good.

Mr. Pawe D browski turned out to be a great advisor and professional. And at the same time, he has a very nice sense of humor. I recommend him to everyone interested in the brand and wish him further professional success.

Good service. Why not very good. It is almost impossible to call a specific person, to the reception as much as possible. A very nice lady with an accent does everything she can to connect but it ends up, please leave some information, we will call. Sometimes you have to wait long for someone to call you back. Everything is okay on site. Everyone is happy to help and invite you to the waiting room. It serves two cars there and they always perform their assigned tasks. Generally I recommend.

Started select and try the car since Mar. During quarantine time there were plenty of difficulties for choosing , however I am quite convinced by Andrzej Drew's recommendation and support on the whole purchasing process , finally got the car today , new journey ahead ~

Customers without a "suit" are not served by anyone, last week I walked over 20 minutes next to the new 5 touring in an outfit probably not adequate to the level of the salon because the eyes of several free traders were either at the monitor or at the coffee, but certainly not in my direction, so not much thinking, I left the showroom, it only proves the lack of professionalism of the sales department.
I had a similar situation a year ago, when I wanted to buy a new X3, walking around the showroom for a long time next to the X3 nobody got interested only after my intervention in the secretary's office someone kindly "served me", unfortunately the visit ended after 5 minutes because you had to hand over the car to the client .. . I can see that you really start to be equal to the "national average" ...

I wanted to buy a BMW last year. I visited them three times, my wife was there once. Only once did a seller come up who seemed somewhat interested. Ladies (those who stand there for decorations, because rather not for work) completely uninterested. Well, apparently the wad of dollars doesn't stick out of my pocket and I don't like wearing Boss suits.
Such free-advice Ladies and Gentlemen, some may not be serious clients, even though they don't look like them.
I took the phone in my hand, got in the car and bought the BMWX4 in Pozna . And I'm happy.
Now I will buy F800GS. Like I already have a dealership myself, but I'm wondering if I visit Inchape, I'll still be an intruder, or maybe something has changed for a year.
Two stars for encouragement. There should be one.
PS: the purchase of the motorcycle was successful. The whole process from test drive through detailed information went through without problems thanks to Mr. Micha . Leasing thanks to a lady working in finance also smoothly and quickly. The first service after reaching organized by Mr. Marcin - no reservations. I suspect that the car department has also changed its approach to potential customers. Anyway, I recommend the motorcycle department without reservations. And I'm updating the grade.
