Gave a prompt and good quote for our new wider driveway, explained process and agreed plans without fuss, delivered on time, kept site clean, friendly, well-mannered staff, did what promised. Looks great. Highly recommended....

Not impressed at all!

I'm still trying to get them to finish the work 6 months after it got started. The list of issues go from terrible attitude from the gentleman leading the on-site works to forgetting to redo the original holes to keep the gates open and take no corrective action until now.

First sealant / finish coat came off during the first winter rain and had to be reapplied only after weather improved.

Removed flagging from front garden And porch tiles just to realise that the porch could not be done. I had to insist so a discount was given as a "goodwill gesture" leaving me to sort out the tiling later.



Sales guy Steve is alright but could not get all problems solved in a timely manner.

Shame as if they had been just a little bit more mindful and courteous I'd have sent lots of customers their way. Unfortunately that won't be the case as I'm not at all impressed.

Update 8th July 2017: 2 months have passed since they last promised to return to have the gates sorted "as soon as possible". Piece of advice, go look elsewhere if you need your driveway done.

The work done has completed transformed the look of my property. All the staff worked hard to achieve the best possible results and all were very friendly. It did take longer than expected and I have had to arrange and pay for my fence to be re-fitted once the concrete has fully set but nothing that wasn't clearly communicated about. I would recommend that if you are having it done that you arrange to be here when the concrete is being printed to ensure that no animals can leave their paw prints before it has had chance to set!! :-D

I've been meaning to write a note for some time now and never seem to get around to it. However, I do think it's really important that I follow up the work you did for us with a review...

We had a driveway done by your team back in November and I was really nervous prior to the work taking place. As it was a lot of money, I'd researched a few companies as we couldn't decide what finish to go with. When we decided on imprinted concrete, your costs were slightly higher than one other quote we received, however you were the most attentive with my queries and gave me confidence in that you would do the best job.

After agreeing on design and cost etc. the work began. We had a few issues throughout the process, but this was down to weather and the time of year. Not to do with your team. When the guys turned up to commence work, they were a great team and got to work straight away. I have to say that, from start to finish, they grafted - even people who live in the village commented on how hard they worked and what an amazing job they did.

The finished article is superb. I was quite nervous with the project, due to it being such a big drive and it's that first impression of the house. I needn't have worried at all, as the look is far better than I could have imagined. Any issues or queries I had throughout the job, your team were straight on the phone or back at the house to rectify the issue. They were a great bunch of guys.

I just wanted to say thank you for doing such a great job and I would most definitely recommend you to others in the future. In fact, we've already had a few requests for details so that other villagers can look into a similar finish.

Thanks once again for doing such a fantastic job, we're very happy and you should be proud of the team. They're welcome back anytime for a brew!

Just to say a big thank you to Mark and the lads . What a great team . They have done a fantastic job in transforming our back garden . Gavin and team are really hard workers . They couldn't do enough for me . Moved things around in the garden that were too heavy for me to move alone. They went the extra mile to put decorative bolts in to a new print , looks fantastic . Great team would recommend them to anyone. Can't wait to use the garden this coming summer.
