Not impressed at all!

I'm still trying to get them to finish the work 6 months after it got started. The list of issues go from terrible attitude from the gentleman leading the on-site works to forgetting to redo the original holes to keep the gates open and take no corrective action until now.

First sealant / finish coat came off during the first winter rain and had to be reapplied only after weather improved.

Removed flagging from front garden And porch tiles just to realise that the porch could not be done. I had to insist so a discount was given as a "goodwill gesture" leaving me to sort out the tiling later.

Sales guy Steve is alright but could not get all problems solved in a timely manner.

Shame as if they had been just a little bit more mindful and courteous I'd have sent lots of customers their way. Unfortunately that won't be the case as I'm not at all impressed.

Update 8th July 2017: 2 months have passed since they last promised to return to have the gates sorted "as soon as possible". Piece of advice, go look elsewhere if you need your driveway done.
