The stay and the food were good but we had to ask for the soap, shampoo and towels at the front desk and the check in is time consuming.

Old accommodation (decoration and furniture). Internet with reasonable speed, but with many drops. TV grill with many channels outside, window air conditioner still (noisy and low efficiency). Old TV 20 inch tube. Reasonable breakfast, however on the second day lacked French bread as early as 08:00 in the morning.

I could not believe it when I met the same price of much simpler hotels, but much more quality than any other. Hygiene and clean structure, friendly and kind service. I will certainly return as soon as there is possibility.

Passing through the city I bet on the hotel and I had no problems, very good and recommend. Only if you have heavy suitcases is it difficult to go up to the reception by the stairs, but after that there is an elevator.

Good quality, however I missed a floor that is not cold (ceramic), considering that the RS is not too hot.

Good place ... all well organized and clean ... plenty of variety at breakfast.

The hotel is very good. At the time of the Rio Grande do Sul Basketball Federation, we always stayed here at least twice a week. Large, clean rooms, cable TV, games room, fitness room, great location.

The only complaint I have is that they say the restaurant closes at 11pm. So theoretically, the kitchen closes at 11 pm and the workers leave at midnight. But not. The kitchen closes at 10 pm and they don't explain it to you. So once my wife and I ordered two meals at 10:30 pm, and it was already 11:30 pm when I called the reception to find out what happened, and the receptionist told us that: "the kitchen lady forgot to place our order ".

So if you are staying here, check the kitchen hours so you don't get hungry before bed.

Great hotel, well located, close to main strip. There is a good room for events that has 80 people. Air conditioning, screen, projector, microphone and speakers. Old residential building turned into hotel makes the accommodations larger than the standard, which is fine.

Classic place, having wooden floors in the rooms, turns out to have a certain unpleasant odor and the air conditioning did not seem sufficient.

Lajeado has some good hotels and this is indeed one of the best.
