Imation

I recently purchased a few products from Imation and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, their customer service was prompt and helpful. On the other hand, the quality of their products was not up to par. I had to return one of the items due to a manufacturing defect. The return process was smooth, but it was disappointing to receive a faulty product. Overall, my experience with Imation was average.
