Pray that you never need any customer service or technical support. I am going on month number three of my service not working and i have to initiate any contact to even get an update, which has been 'we're working on it' every time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Update: February 3, 2020 - After an initial response, the customer service has returned to it's abysmal start. No response, no updates, ZERO progress.

A great technology tool to humanize email communication by adding video. Easy to record and embed video in email, as well as Social Media. This is a great solution for Realtors, Mortgage Loan Officers, Financial Advisors, and other Service Industries. I am a subscriber, and have implemented the solution at the beginning of 2018. I have had a great experience so far, and plan to be one of the "Top Video Influencers" for the Mortgage Category. Thanks Bomb-Bomb!
We started using BB, and although it was easy to use and good support, we saw no tangible increased sales metrics. No fault. The reason I'm giving BB a 2 is because I've been asking for a pro-rated reimbursement since August 21 and we are now Oct 15... I was told it was deposited and they can't provide a transaction record... I've asked it to be escalated, again...
As a former employee, I now pay for BombBomb out of my own pocket in my new role. People love receiving these videos. Does not compare to traditional email in terms of getting in touch with people, building connections and relationships. Video is the future of how people will digitally communicate because its quicker to record than type, clearer to understand, and human. This is the next best thing to getting face-to-face. Have the courage to just be yourself and be unashamed of being yourself. Record and send. p.s. BombBomb works best for people who are 1. real and 2. genuine. Attractiveness IS NOT a prerequisite ;D

An innovative technology company providing sales enablement software that helps customers win more opportunities - like video email, email tracking with real-time alerts, etc. Standalone web apps, Chrome extension, mobile apps and integrations with many of the tools you already use - like Salesforce and Gmail.
Very poor customer service. They took my fee for subscription for an entire year and constantly freeze my account if someone unsubscribes. Overpriced service and very poor customer service. I've asked for a refund and they refuse to render one even though they have frozen the account multiple times. I advise users to find another video platform that works much better than this one.
I have been using BombBomb for over a year now. I would highly recommend it to sales professionals or anyone who is looking for creative ways to connect with others! They have a great support team as well. I needed something changed on one of our company accounts and Shawna was eager to help and took care of us in a flash! Great product and service!
