My new wife and I are extremely happy with the services provided by Golden Touch Productions!!! They were very professional and reliable!
For us, the best thing about them was how quick their services are. We chose to have the same day highlights video presented at the reception (best decision ever). The quality of the footage, the presentation, and the shots with the copter were all fantastic! No one could believe that they had created something so incredible within such a short time frame!
We recieved the photos within a month, all 3500 of them! The hardest thing to do is choose the best 110 for our photo album! There are so many, obviously not every single photo is perfect, but we got several photos with varying angles of the same shot that we could easily pick out our favorites!
On the day, they worked with every request that we asked for! They also positioned and instructed us on poses & posture for good quality photos, but at the same time weren't pushy or demanding.
Overall we are both very happy with our choice in choosing Golden Touch Productions!

My best friendly recently got married and used Golden Touch Productions team for her wedding. Before the wedding she was saying how great they are and how lucky she was to find them. Great videos and photos. Real pros. Had all the angles covered, and produced excellent shots. The option of having a same day highlight video to be viewed on the same day at the reception is truly magical. It really showed what was captured during the day and all the fun involved, which allowed us to share it on the same day with our guests at the reception.
The live stream option was phenomenal. We had a live stream of the wedding online, which allowed all our relatives from around the world to view the wedding, which was really important to us, to share this day with all those abroad who couldn't make it.

I am a plumber which was hired by Remon. and done work for him the job that I was originally call to do was done by me then. He further asked me to done a couple of favours for him when I refused to do so he started treating me horribly like I was his worker and left me a bad rating on my website thinking it would be funny.
While I was there I wintness him being rude to his own staff.
I knew then he was a bad person to deal with and I was going to have problems with him in the future.
Extremely expensive. Bad photos and video. If I got my little sister to take photos and a video it would've been better. They tell you something and do something different. Not recommended. RUN AWAY from them.

Recently used Golden Touch for our wedding day and we were so impressed. These guys are the hidden gem for video editing and photos.
From beginning to end they were really good to work with. It rained on our special day however that did not effect our photos or video at all. we honestly think that we were so lucky to have met & work with them.
we are so pleased with the services, photos and videos. They are so passionate about their work, most importantly, they know how precious each moment is for us and they did their best to preserve it with great pictures and videos. They didn't miss any for ours, even though our wedding duration was so long and as they said "one of the EARLIEST (probably the longest?) wedding ever". Our bridal party, family and friends had so much fun with them too. We were so amazed and got tons of compliments for the same day edit video. They had reasonable pricing and packages(we spent months researching everywhere lol) and our advice is, please do get the helicopter-drone for the video, its really a magical touch, worth every dime.
Everyone in the team was so friendly, kind and hardworking, even at the end of the night they were still smiling. Before the big day, they were patient, listened to all of our concerns, reply asap and gave helpful suggestions. They really live up to their name :) Golden Touch.

Do not use these people, we did and what a mistake we made. They re fine first off and as soon as they get their money and your wedding is done, their customer service goes out the window.
