First time here, purchased a bed set. It was a great experience, staff was very helpful. Definitely coming back!

Love this place the only thing I dont like is if you want to buy a specipic Item you have to tour around the whole store! Well they are genius! people will buy more mostly impulse buy. But I still want yo shop here from time to time.

Clean store and easy to navigate. Usually difficult to find out when they will actually have stock arriving.

IKEA is always fun to explore. If you have an electric car, you can charge while you shop, though it's not free.

Lots of stuff to choose from...not so very crowded at this location..

Didn't ask for family card. Was with kid. So have to return item to get price adjusted in the returns department. Could have asked for the family member card.

Good low prices, interesting modern solutions to living.

Love Ikea, even if I need a nap after going to it! Avoid Saturdays and Sundays....... BUSIEST times!

Love this store. Join their Family Club for good deals. Sometimes we go just to eat and let the kids play for an hour in their supervised playroom, if they have an opening.

Love this place but not that the restaurant closes at 8:30 pm when you they sent you an email for a free birthday meal to treat yourself with! Oh well, there's lways next year!

Went on a Saturday morning and was promptly assisted by an employee. Getting my merchandise was quick and easy. Plus I love their cinnamon rolls too!!

This location seems like it's always busy. The store itself doesn't seem that crowded, but the parking lot is a nightmare. They do have spaces for loading furniture, which is helpful.

Their cafeteria is always what I would expect. Never spectacular, but never bad.

Decent furniture at decent prices. Also has a decent cafeteria! Fun place to go browse every now and again.

This place was great. My wife and I have never been to an IKEA store before and this was a pleasant experience. We knew it was a furniture store, but we went and treated it like a home art gallery.

Found what we were looking for. But, dang....going to IKEA in the weekend is crazy packed with people!!

Pretty standard Ikea. Only thing I didnt like was that one of the boxes I got had this lady's full name and address on it... not sure what that was all about... hope none of my info is on the boxes.

Alyhough busy during the weekends, it's a little less busy during the week later in the evening. Great buys, everything for the home.

It's always fun to check out the latest and greatest offerings at IKEA! This store is easy access off the freeway and surrounded by a variety of other retail locations, which makes the drive well worth it!

Like many of you, I too was struggling placing a pick up order and took many tries to do so. However, I feel that I may have found a method that works. Today I tried placing an order at 10am and I was finally able to place an order at 10:14am. Once you get a message saying there was an error rather than they re not taking further orders you re pretty much in. You will get the error message a few times and your screen will buffer between error messages but just keep on clicking and do not refresh or exit your browser. After you pass the first screen you ll check out the items, then it will ask for your personal info/payment info, and once you click submit you ll get a payment confirmation. It is also important to not that you will get error messages between the various pages you navigate to complete your transaction but like I said before, do not exit or refresh your browser bc it might kick you out. Just keep re-clicking.

All in all, try exactly at 10am and follow my advice. Hope this helps somebody.

If I lived in the state that had an IKEA I wouldn't be home much. I spent hours looking at stuff that I could use around the house but I couldn't buy the large and bulky items because I would have to ship it home, which they don't do. I still spent a lot of time buying the stuff that I could put in my luggage. I will go here always.

This is the best IKEA store I visited near los Angeles area. It has large display area and invention. They never get out of stock of some products like other IKEA stores.

Went out to buy things from my bedroom. The entire store is neatly kept and organize. I had no trouble finding what I needed. The staff was also more than happy to help!
Their veggie hot dog is one of the best veggie hot dogs I have ever had!
Next time, I'm just going to IKEA for the food.

Lots of storage options... Needed 4 toys, dolls, accessories, etc....4 lil Grand daughter's stuff in Grandma's room..... Lol

IKEA is what it is. You go there to purchase a lamp or a cheap computer chair and you end up purchasing 10 things you didn't know you wanted or needed. However, the best part of going to IKEA is the food court. Getting those Swedish Meatballs are heaven for the price. Can't wait for my next trip to the food court.

Either update too often or always "remodeling" which should be a good thing for youger genaration . But now it's just adding more task besides putting furniture together you have to remember where did you see that piece and lost in their maze again. Went there twice last couple month, and they are still moving rooms around.....

Fairly priced with a great selection. It's warehouse style shopping, but for home furnishings!

we are living year 2016. why we still need to wait one hour to return one product in IKEA.Only 7 people were ahead of me when I arrived. I even had to reschedule my meeting. This is shame. IKEA should not give such a inconvenience to customers.This is the biggest reason I do not like IKEA to shop.

Bought a bed frame but it was missing pieces and customer service took hours to get a hold of really unprofessional!

Crowded on Sunday. Did not see any IKEA employees in the area of where we were looking for a particular item that was displayed but not on the shelves apparently. Always lots of goodies you didn't know you wanted, prices are pretty reasonable.

A lot of their merchandise is inexpensive, some is not. Some of the cookware does not last as long as it should.

Simple, there you find Everything for your home at good prices, and the food very rich

Standard Ikea layout. Cheap furniture with a European twist. You can remodel your kitchen through them. Good hotdogs on your way out.

Best place for Household goods and specialty good items.

Too many patrons that they are letting in. Not enouh space to dodge and walk around people who come there to just window shop...

Love Ikea..prices are great on most things, and the furniture is great quality.

Store is well cleaned and there s plenty of everything incase you need to come back. However, some display items you can t find and they won t sell you a display item EVEN if the manager herself says they are hard to find they would rather have you wait 20 min while they run all the way up to the store to get the one item. It makes no sense. A normal good quality manager would sell the item and replace it on the display. I ended up not buying anything because I wasn t going to make the entire like wait... but the manager had no problem having everyone wait. Also the staff is nice and friendly but pretty useless... none of them know what s going on...

Prices are great though!

Never go to ikea on a weekend on a Wednesday slow not to much traffic you get what you wanted and don't forget to eat the meatballs and if they run out of balls

Big place but under staffs. Have to walk around to find one. Customer service very sleepy yawn many times in front of customers so unprofessional.

The crowd is an unreasonable expense of time when there are so many modern method of getting products to customers. The layout and process is twenty years behind the times.

Aloha! Beautiful and Awesome IKEA store. Clean and very well organized. Staff friendly and helpful. Most items are well marked for price.

$1.50 frozen yogurt sundae is a bit small when you compare costs or sams club but tastes good.

A staff downstairs gave me very precise directions to what I was looking for and I was able to get there even in the ikea maze. That guy knows the store! I was impressed!

Their food is always freshly cooked, the staff is very friendly, and the waiting time is short. Definitely a must try.
