It is a typical Ikea.... Great for hackers... Hard to find the shortcuts around the showroom nonsense if you know what you want...

Great value, great displays, great service. Convoluted paths (how to quickly leave the store after finding what need) is my biggest peeve.

Always great. One of my favorite stores. You finally have an ikea in Las Vegas. How about one in rapid city South Dakota. I will be retiring there in 4 years. I will "die" without an ikea here. Please folks! Get one up there! A lot of swiss, German and Dutch folks up there. Cross my fingers!

Greatest example of accurately to slightly under-engineered furniture to provide the most cost effective price point to the consumer. It's always fun building this stuff because it's healthy for the brain

This place is huge, and a maze too. Wear comfortable shoes as you will earn your steps following the shopping/browsing path they have weaved out for you. Aside from the exercise the pricing on items aren't that bad and there are many decorating ideas you can get here.
If you are hungry while shopping, the second floor has a pretty decent selection of food too choose from. And the cost of the meal is cheap too.

No one help here. Waiting long time at casher station. Very tired.

You can spend the whole day here on the showroom floor. The store is full of many ideas.

Definitely recommend this place. They have what you need. Price are very good ,Customer Service is great. I love IKEA .I wish they had a location near me!

IKEA - what can you say. The place is huge, parking is easy, right next to the freeway.

Clean and well organized. Avoid this place on the weekends. Very crowded.

Interesting and useful products at very fair prices. Especially good for small spaces. But you often have to assemble them, so figure your labor time which can be substantial into the costs!

Huge selection. Good prices. Great displays. Good food in cafe area.

Not my style. Having to walk through a maze is tedious. Pricing is good if you somewhat handy. Breakfast is great and a a bargain price, but the line is far too long

It has been 2 hours I am in the line for returning. I had singed up for return too. They are so slow.

Disappointed as a piece is missing. Have to go back for an exchange.

They have excellent customer care, a huge supply, and decent quality.

The furniture from Ikea can be hit or miss but the accessories are where this place shine. Seriously. Check out the lower level for everything you need in your kitchen and bathroom. I don't think the furniture is as difficult to assemble as some people make it out to be. I've had my Ikea bedroom set for 5 years now and it's all still in one piece.

IKEA is great for the easy assembly. The place itself ia great exercise to walk around, well-organized and the show rooms provide good examples of how to set up furniture in a room.

Ikea is just awesome as usual. I would have rated it higher but there was an in stock item that was not in stock.

Also the great news is they now offer 29.99 flat rate shipping. It used to start at 29.99 but now all shipments are 29.99, at least for the time being.

Also the Billy bookshelf is on sale again, possibly forever, I am guessing sales slowed on it after raising it 20 bucks.

Hot dogs and pizza at the exit are crazy cheap as usual!

Horrible customer service and their delivery does not work well.

This used to be a great store but it looks like ikea in general and this store in particular is not focusing on quality anymore.

I ordered furniture online (first time) and I received a delivery day and window. Nobody showed up and when I called IKEA I was told that I have to contact the delivery company since this is not their problem.

The delivery company was unbelievable rude and even so it was already 1.5 hours after the delivery window and the company had already officially closed, they wanted me to wait longer. Somewhere between 1 and 2 hours.

So I called Ikea again thinking they must be able to help. No, they will not.

I therefore called the delivery company to setup a delivery for the next day. That was not possible because in their definition I was changing the delivery time last minute since they technically still (might, possible, are thinking about) deliver. Therefore a 48 hour punishment window applies for last minute changes where I therefore would need to wait 2 days before getting the delivery.

Back to IKEA since the delivery company claimed that this was a ikea policy. Customer service told me that they would connect me with someone who could help and left me on hold. Until at 7pm the call was disconnected since IKEA customer service closed.

I do not have the patience, energy or time to shop at IKEA.

Fair prices with great selection. Costumer services are great too. Restaurant is good.

So many options for a small space and to help you organize your drawers! Love all their ideas in the showrooms. They have a play area you can check in kids for one hr. They have to be a certain height and must be potty trained. They do have a little play area in the restaurant area. Kids do not eat free on Tuesday any more. Overall a good experience bring your own bags or buy an Ikea bag for 1.99. Good luck going in for one thing always walk out with way more!

They need more locations. each of their locations are too crowded. Their furniture looks good if you NEVER have to move it, but once you do, they fall apart. But I love the little knickknacks that they carry.

Parking is Crazy on a Saturday or Sunday!! Grab a map when you enter.. Get your rewards card too by the elevator. Start your trek of at least 2 miles of walking.. I like the free design center, the interactive computers.. and the cool ideas. And the fact that everything is in flat boxes.
Just wished when items are out of stock , there s a sign posted if more are on order or discontinued.. hint!!!
Finally!! The kitchen is cheap and fantastic... where else can you get salmon for $10.. and soda alternative drinks.. and other delish foods!!!
Oh and did I mention.. parking sucks

Have been trying Click and Collect dozens and dozens of times a day (and night) since it was reintroduced. Never once have I managed to connect. Beginning the think C&C is just an urban legend. Don t want to shop in store as we have age/health restrictions. Moved house in April and expected to start a whole house remodel. Now June.

Pretty nice ikea, a little more crowded that other locations I have been to. I had a hard time finding staff to ask questions, selection was great but I had a hard time getting some questions asked.

The best thing about Ikea - aside from the fresh new ideas and aspirational home sets - is the folks working there. They honestly love their job and aren't afraid to say it. It speaks volumes to the kind of company that employs them

It's Ikea, what can I say....just follow the projected arrows and moo along until you find what you're looking for....then moo along some more to the market place to pick it up, then stampede your way to the cash register. After that, you've just earned yourself a spot in the "other" corale for a $1 soft serve cone and a slightly green-tinted hotdog! But you'll have to eat it standing because you won't be able to find a seat anywhere, so you'll use your newly purchased furniture on the cart that steers awkwardly as makeshift table. Awesome!
But Ikea has just about everything I need to furnish a room in one trip.

Everthing is beautifully set up but I was not prepared to go in or else I might have enjoyed it. Take water, good walking shoes, and if you easily get closterfobic order online and pick up. This is my once in a lifetime trip. I liked everything and got to see for myself all that they have, its size and quality so I will be ordering from now on if I see something I like.
Customer service is way lacking. Not even a "are you finding everything ok" once.

Had furniture that was cracked out of the box. They exchanged the pieces but their return service takes a while and expect long lines. My item had price reduced and it wasn't that straightforward to get a price adjustment.

Outside of returns their system is set up pretty good, but customer service should be a big piece of the business.

Ikea. Amazing. The classic date night. Play house with your partner. Loose yourself in the maze of make believe. Pretend that a house full of flat pack furniture will look tasteful and refined. Imagine having guests over for dinner on a poorly assembled dining table, forget that you can't cook, can't have guests over during COVID (or don't even have friends f you're me). Envision yourself in a New York loft with clever storage solutions, nevermind you're really in southern California...

Great helpful service the times we've been there. Clean and well managed. Great for essential furniture.

Well organized, price is fine, the showroom gives good ideas. You almost have everything you need.

I love this store---The one bad thing is the returns department! If you buy something, make sure you want it.....don't ever return anything....It's like waiting in the principal's office, and it takes FOREVER! The workers are eating behind the counter, taking breaks, etc..anything, to put off waiting on you. You take numbers,,,,and wait, and wait, and wait!

It is a great place to see furniture. It has models of living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens to so you can see how it would look like.

I come here to get ideas for decorating my own place !

This was like the other Ikea stores I have visited.

If you have never been to Ikea, it is like no other home decor store! The layout is wonderful, the snack bar is great, and the prices for everything from the entire decor for a tiny home (this store had a 590 sq ft living space on display) to 79 cent tempered glass plates, if you want it for the inside of a house, it has it for a good price!

This is our favorite Ikea, great for parking, staff is friend and everything feels very clean.

I can spend hours in here.. and walk out with nothing... kind of overwhelming with all the choices and selections you can make.. not to mention the prices are always good on new items so it makes being Indecisive even more grueling lmao

Horrible service. Especially from the Asian guy in the warehouse on 2/15/14 evening. I can't find an item and he told me to use the computer. I told him I did that already, and he said "Then I don't know".... Unbelievable. Didn't even try to help. I guess his job is just to stand around, and pretend to work :)!

One of the bigger ikeas I've been in! This location allowed me to see new products I haven't seen before! We recently used their products to build a 8'-0" tall storage wall made out of the PAX system.

It's IKEA. Eat meatballs. Buy nice dining set or maybe a couch and a cowhide rug with some lingonberry jam for good measure and live the Swedish-American dream.

In all seriousness, good value furniture in multiple styles. Tons of products at various price points mean you can furnish on a budget or luxiouriously at the same store.
