The staff must of all been on their period that day. No help with questions I had. Also had me chasing down anyone I could find on the floor to help! ALL staff needs a refresher on customer service!

Great place, good food. But some prices were waaay off. I found a pair of "nesting" tables that didn't even fit over each other. they were worth maybe $30,but were I seat priced at $270. like they don't even work

Stop by for quick meal. Pizza with 2 drinks, 2 packs of sweet jelly candies and 2 bars of chocolate and only $13. Clean restroom at the entrance. Plenty of parking and very clean area.

This is a great holiday felling star light idea. Honestly, nowadays for myself, I will only looking for some ideas at IKEA. Then try to buy everything online. The reason is they do not have a best price, for example, an office chair, Costco will have a better quality and cheaper office chair, more comfortable and preferred design. Amazon will be another choice too. The way I like amazon is I will have all the receipts print out by the end of year in one place. It s saved a lot of time for my business.

Top notch customer service! It was a Friday evening and I had just showed up to the Returns and Exchange Desk with my dresser in tow. I grabbed my number and sat down. I had a pleasant conversation with another guy waiting and before I knew it, he was being helped and I was next. So fast! I got to the desk and was greeted by two girls working next to each other. Daniela was at the computer and Rachel was next to her. Right away, Rachel brought the smile and consideration that every customer hopes to experience at a Customer Service Desk. It was Friday night, everyone's favorite night to be everywhere BUT work, and Rachel had a such a pleasant attitude like she was having a blast working. She cracked a few jokes with an associate to her left named Brian, all the while not skipping a beat to help Daniela assist me in my return. As they started to process my dilemma, we ran into an obstacle. The return amount needed to be mailed to the address on my ID but my wife and I had just recently moved. At this moment Rachel wasn't entirely sure what could be done and then turned to Brian who was actually the Manager! I had no idea because Brian was there the whole time just adding to the customer service experience. He told me that he would be willing to make an exception for this case and allow me to be paid the return amount without waiting. Wow! Now that's meeting the needs of the customer!! Seriously, I haven't seen a manager make such a positive and quick judgment call in a long time. Lately, it has felt like the days of "The customer is always right." Were long dead and forgotten. Many times I have felt like just a number or trouble-ticket, but not at IKEA! Brian did his override, I was paid on the spot and he even wrote a little signed note for the next person because I would be coming back with my second dresser later that day. Brian, Rachel, and Daniela, you guys helped my family and I immensely. Thanks again! Truly, the experience was so refreshing that I though about it for hours afterwards. "Why can't all Customer Service Desks be that enjoyable?" I thought to myself. IKEA for the win!

I love this place! The layout works perfectly for me and the amount of variety in everything makes me so happy! I am very indecisive when it comes to buying for the long-term and IKEA always suggests other locations if there is anything out-of-stock.

Slowest returns EVER. Never enough staff to accommodate returns. Average of 20 minute wait.
Pick up is also SNAIL SLOW. Wait another 30 minutes for them to "pick up" your stuff that you already bought ..... seriously?! It was a sink. It took 30 minutes to give us a sink??
Customer service staff acts like theyre doing you a huge favor rather than simply their job to assist.

The love hate with IKEA continues. I love the prices, I love the stuff, I hate the maze of the store. Always have, always will.
But it's worth the maze to get the stuff at the prices they have. Than goodness for the shortcuts. Lol
Plus their restaurant has really excellent products and you can hang out there if needed. Try the pear drink...It's delicious!

Always deals, check out the As Is area, you can always get something there that is usable. You can go cheap or expensive... Lots of styles.

Very cool place with lots of innovative products, many of which at are very reasonably priced. It is a bit confusing to navigate, since it's so large & is set up kind of like a maze. I think it would help if they had more store maps with more detail. They should also provide better assembly instructions with their products... while some of them are simple & clever, often times there are instructions that are unclear, causing you to spend much more time than is necessary to put something together.

Buyers beware.!!! I tried to buy bedsheets with Big Banner indicated $49.99. When checked out, I was charged $69.99. I asked why, the cashier said $49.99 is for twin size, the one I picked is Queen size... There is NO sign saying different sizes = different prices. I REJECTED THE PURCHASE. Next time when I want to shop Ikea, I will think twice if I will ever want to shop there... false advertisement/pricings.

Fair prices. Hard to find things, poor customer service. If you have a question, Employees are hard to find. At the registry, I couldn't see if they were charging the right amount; the setting of the registry does not allow the customers to see what's being charged. The machine is facing the cashier only, the customer is behind the registry and the merchandise.

I admittedly only visit this location during the week, but I like that it is never ridiculously crowded. It also seems like there is a good selection (and an ample amount of) stock. Service is hit or miss, but I enjoy just browsing without being bothered. Definitely recommend this location.

Total incompetence! Came 2 hours early while I was at work. Wouldn't put furniture where we wanted, because they didn't think they could. Next decided they could place the wardrobe where we wanted, but had the wrong size drawers. I'm still at work, so I have no idea what was left in my home. My husband is stressed. Now, I have to call again and again until THEY get it right. Never again!
