Overall was ok this time, price tags were missing on a lot of items, things out of place, lots of open boxes in the lighting area. Swedish meatballs and pasta were bomb though. Employees were helpful so overall decent experience.

Clean, organized and staffed with nice folks. Sanitizer stations are available and while the main restaurant is closed, the little food court on the first floor is operating just fine. The menu has been augmented with some sandwich options, but the 75-cent hot dogs are still our favorite. You can also get a whole pizza for $7 if you're an IKEA family member ($9 if you're not).

bruhhhhhh I ordered 2 WHITE linnmon adil's legs. I waited a week and a half and when my package finally arrived I realized something was wrong.. i opened it up.... they sent me 2 RED folding chairs.... I know they got the objects wrong BUT EVEN THE COLOR. What kind of people are they hiring. Been waiting an hour on this customer service, I bet on everything these guys don't even know how to pick up a phone.

Store is clean. Walked the showroom. Liked how they model the rooms in the house to give us some ideas on how to use the equipment and things they sell. Tried the food at the restaurant. Not great. Fried chicken fingers had real chicken in it though. Affordable food. Free hot coffee or tea for Ikea Family members. One per card. Some of the items sold were cheap quality items. The child locks do not work.

I always enjoy my shopping experience at IKEA because the store is clean, well organized and overall a very pleasant place to explore and discover just about any essential home item you may need or desire.

It's IKEA... Tons of furniture upstairs and a million random things you'll want downstairs. You will leave with more than you intended. Still haven't tried a cinnamon roll there but I think you can get about 50 for 8 cents or something like that

I love this IKEA its neatly organized and always so fun to shop in. Usually busy on the weekends and tends to have a 5-7 mins wait time wait to check out. However the pay off of waiting is the really inexpensive furniture that helps make your living space look a bit better for less.

Not what it used to be. Staff is lazy and unhelpful. Drove 60 miles to check out kitchen cabinets. Couldn t get anyone off their butts to help us buy $30k in kitchen cabinets. Went to Home Depot Design center and spent $ there where they bend over backwards to help you!

Always a unique selection. Great customer service, nice greeting, polite staff with mostly sanguine dispositions.

My only complaint is thier limited selection--as compared to other ikeas. And not enough unique display setups. The Ikea in San Diego is waaaaaayyyy better with layouts and builds.

The custom cabinets design folks here in Costa Mesa IKEA are top-notch. 2hr free consult appointment. I bought all high gloss cabinets. BTW home Depot and Lowes don't have this type of high gloss modern cabinets.

This Ikea needs a better display decorator or something. It's missing that pizaz, that pinache hipster vibe I get from the other ikeas.

Objectively: Floor plans are convenient to help maneuver around. Plentiful selection. Attentive and courteous employees. Consistent quality work. Has a food court.

Subjective: IKEA is the best, my wife and I have IKEA dates like bimonthly. You never get "the bad kart" which is so nice. The food is well portioned, well priced, and we can't get enough of it :).
And! The furniture selection and such is huge, but the place itself has enough room so you can browse and not feel overwhelmed. It's great :].

I actually showed up for teachers appreciation day. For a lot of free snacks and good coffee and refreshments there.because it's an Ikea you know what to expect. I myself was pretty surprised by their as is section which a lot more than most other Ikea's. I would highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for some decent furniture but also check OfferUp.

Might want to make a weekend out of going to this place LOL. So much stuff it is almost impossible to see within one day. Always organized, friendly staff. Quick check out. And they even serve tasty yet inexpensive food so you can stay even longer without the kids yanking at your shirt complaining they're hungry LOL. Highly suggest this location. My one to shop for all my home

The store there is really big probably the biggest one I've ever been to. Just keep in mind that most of the good furniture is out of stock and can only be purchased online but is made super easy for every customer.

Can't believe it takes over an hour to get a replacement drawer for this defective item. Took me 2 minutes to pick my own items but I was not given that option, instead I waited over 45 minutes for someone to pick it.

Plus the cheap food, tasty. Plentiful and it shuts the kids up for about 10 min.

It's ikea, the place that will take at least two hours of your life that you will never get back. They sell just about anything to finish your home outside or appliances. You can get some great deals with a decent selection as long as your willing to do some of the assembly on most things. Watch out for those little additions that are optional as they add up fast. You can turn your inexpensive items into something that cost more than a normal furniture stores. Example the additional 5-10$ per sliding box for their squared book shelves. Not bad if you get one or two but if you get one for half of the cubes it's more than the shelf itself. Overall, still a good place to get home items so long as your smart about it and not a bad place to grab a bite for lunch either but their soda fountain really sucks. Get water instead.

It was my first visit after pandemic. I highly recommend to go weekday. They had new model rooms, furnitures, and new items. Unfortunately, they have limited items that I loved, such as cinnamon rolls. It was good to visit and found what I wanted.

Some of their furniture offerings are now solid wood and can be stained or altered to your personal liking. The food isn't as great of a deal as it was years ago, but is still pretty good.

We had a $250 dresser that ended up having a defective center part and the middle drawers didn't fit in right.

They admitted it was a known issue with that model and even had another return sitting there. But they wouldn't build us a replacement or fox the defect themselves, just offer a refund. After all the efforts we spent building it all we get is an apology for something they are selling, knowing it has issues.
