Like all Ikea stores, they have a huge selection of home goods and furniture. Parking is okay here.

Always end up with a cart full of stuff I didn't know I needed.

Great selection and prices, but can be very overwhelming.

The place was organized with nice furnishing and the layout was simple.

Amazing IKEA team members, they went above my expectations. Great customer service, my all time favorite store. Everything I would ever need for my home they have it.

Wear walking shoes! Has pretty much anything you seek for the hone. Well laid out and easy to navigate with signage.

This store is like a maze I can't tell you how many times I've gotten lost. I love it!! One my family's favorite things to do is visit IKEA. We got a great deal on our sectional sofa as well as our home office workstation. Absolutely love ikea.

Always great prices for good furniture. Beware that sometimes their store and website get out of sync - always call to check to see if they have what you want before going!

I like ikea and their show rooms i do love only thing i have a little problem with is that some things is difficult to find and Prices are a little high

30 minutes to an hour for returning items!? Common management? The employees in returneds are a major factor of the problem. You ask a question and get shut down by sarcasm!

Love walking around and shopping. Even like the cafeteria style mesl.

I'll gladly change this review to 5 Stars if this simple issue is rectified: 1 Cashier : 30 customer ratio. At dinner time.

I felt bad for the teenage cashier and told him his manager should really schedule more people than that.

Beyond that, IKEA is an awesome place to shop and buy furniture for DIY'ers.

I love the food here and that's where these photos were taken. Honestly one of the best combos of delicious and healthy food options for a great price.

The problem is the massive lines. Management rarely schedules more than 2 cashiers, despite lines like the one pictured, at prime times, on any day. I've seen much worse lines, but usually there are 2 cashiers. Ultimately, there should be at least 4. I have heard people complain about this in line several times now and figured it was time to write a review.

Management! Please fix this issue!

Too hard to buy since items are not identified properly and the descriptions are in swedish, you need to walk thru the whole store in order to buy something.

Always unique. But I seriously think the process of moving people through the store past every item they have for sale is getting old. Not that I will have any effect on that, but I look for all the shortcuts. Find what you need, then find the register.

Was disappointed that the food court was shut down, but we still bought a bunch of stuff.

Good IKEA store, but it is almost always packed to the gills with people and understaffed, especially at the restaurants.

Took me an hour to wait in line at the returns line, to replace one screw that wasn't threaded correctly... There were a lot of employee's standing around

Ikea I'm inlove!!! First time I came here and I'm very happy of the products I bought from the store. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE they welcome you with great smile and helping hand. Yummy food while you still shopping and across the checkout counter there's a deli with fantastic Veggie hotdog!!!!!! Will be back again. P.S. don't forget to sign up for Family rewards by the main entrance door.

Good alternatives to department store stuff, and they have great chocolate cake

First time trying Click & Collect and was super easy. Location is on the side of the building away from the main entrance. Would've been better if they had a better, clear sign directing customers to it.

It s a good store. I like the store but since we are moving we thought we would go to ikea and picked out some new furniture. We decided to get an ikea credit card. We got approved and all the paper work done. But when we went to check out this ginger haired man, Nick (our casher) casher id #: 10080483 was made us feel uncomfortable, held up the line, and waisted our time by saying we didn t have the right papers and made us go on a wild goose chase even though we had everything. When we came back with the managers signature he called the managers again and again and again until he got ahold of someone. As though it wasn t good enough the still got all our information making us feel like we were doing something wrong. Before this we were having a good time. There is staff in there that was really nice, just not him.

One of theee best branches in California , every think is perfect , the priceee is cheapest , the stuff is so friendlyyyyy , the resturnt is good and cleannnn , and the park here ia free,,,, so this is my experience about ikea and i recommendddd ....

I will never go back to any IKEA!! You have to go though a maze to get out of t jo s huge store. Terrible layout!!!!

It is exhausting to shop there. They push you through this maze of stuff that you don't plan to buy. There is NO help. The check out lines was we're mile long. No self checkout. Bad experience. DON'T GO THERE.

Lots of "cool" stuff BUT hard to navigate the store and even harder to find a sales person.

Well stocked, found everything I was looking for as well as a number of useful items for the house. I love to walk thru and browse furniture and household items

Normally I would give IKEA a very high star rating but today I waited in a long line just to find out they were out of the veggie dogs. I wish they had put up a sign saying they were out to save people the hassle. They also should bring the vegan soft serve to the US. I've been waiting for so long

Lots of stuff, lots of distractions, lots of ways to spend money for your home or even get ideas on how to spend money for your home. Pricing is great but some items are not as good as what you'd find elsewhere (cutlery, pillows, furniture)but still a great value.

I love going to ikea to get style ideas, nifty organizational items and free coffee with the ikea family card haha. I also take full advantage of the free Wi-Fi and the kids eat free on Tuesdays deal. After shopping, eating, and relaxing, I take my baby over to the kids toy /play area for a little fun and socializing with other kids. It's a great way to spend an afternoon.

They were very helpfu. We were buying a bed and had no idea that you needed the slats. It will not tell you that on line. Fabulous

We purchased two leather sofas (LansKorona) from IKEA, they look nice, after 6 months armchairs started moving outwards, we left a review on their website, they deleted immediately, I hope they don t delete this one. They have good stuffs but not all the time.

A potpourri of sooooo many home products that are a affordably proceed for budget minded Families and Roommates, etc... It's next to Impossible not to buy something as one can spend a few dollars and get a well made product(s). Extra user friendly employees make the journey something to remember... If that's not enough, they have a restaurant/Cafe area that's like their inventory; fair priced and kids friendly environment. I'm sorry that I didn't take photos but believe me you'll be satisfied to have didn't your hard earned where you get Much More than you payed for! #teamikeaguy#

Best IKEA in southern CA. Clean, organized, everything I needed was in stock.

I went for a simple folding stacking chair and got lost on the 2nd floor going round and round looking at store samples with items. Then I had to go to self serve furniture aisles on the 1st floor going round and round until finally, the aisles before the cash register. I had time and it was fun but this is not for quick grab and go.

Curb service pickup, you only have to get out of your car to load it.

Im a big fan of ikea, just wish they had better customer service. When there are 300 people in line trying to spend money they should open additional checkout lines.

Great place for new apartment renters, college dorms and homes. The kitchen set ups are great. All of their inventory wont break the bank either.

Just love spending time at IKEA because literally I could see a complete house in a store. The price is also competitive.

Ikea is great and has EV parking but chargers are expensive. $0.59/kWh :-(

I mean, it's IKEA. So it takes forever to get around the store and check out. But there are meatballs and cheap Home goods...

Mid Friday afternoons are possibly the best time to shop. Forget the weekend!

It's an IKEA. Mountains of inexpensive, short life span, furniture. Cafeteria is decent. Play area for children.

I would give 0 starts but it wont let me. Where to even began with the customer service I received with IKEA. First off I ordered a simple order for my company and was suppose to get it on Monday the 13th, its now the 17th and they haven't even shipped the order. They have tons in stock but they can't tell me why they haven't shipped it. I asked if they can rush the order and they said no. Basically I waiting on the phone for 1 hour to get nothing done or nothing back for my order! I will never shop at IKEA again!
