Meals tend to be very salty. Unhealthy, oversalted choices for children. Staff is very nice as usual in Ikea.

Another great Ikea location. I had a question about an item location and didn't find difficulty in finding a representative to help me out. I visited on a Saturday morning and though there were a fair amount of customers I didn't find myself feeling constrained in the space.

The quality is regular. But they are very nice things and good price.

Everything was going well and very helpful just in the ladies restroom some taps had no water also no soap.

Crowded on the weekends. Can spend hrs here and spend lots

Everyone was very helpful, checkout lines moved smoothly, store was clean and well organized.

Had a salmon wrap and super salad with blue cheese and walnuts today at the restaurant upstairs. Yummy and fresh. Enjoyed my fee cup of coffee afterwards, courtesy of the IKEA Family Card. Even got a discount downstairs at the store when I bought some salmon to bring home. Both places are busy, but are clean and offer great value and much missed Swedish foods.

Food was delicious. The fries were wow. But if you want Swedish meatballs then I would go to the actual country itself to be honest. The furniture is so comfortable and I keep seeing beds where ever I go so I'm guessing its a thing. The place isn't too expensive nor to cheap and the quality is really good. I bought a backpack since it was at a low price and has room for things. I like it there. It's very nice. Although the cashier I had was a bit bad at her job. She didnt asked my cousin that if she had membership but asked me if had one but didn't ask if we wanted it either. So that's my review.

Great warehouse housewares and furnishings store. So much selection and great designing ideas.

Horrible customer service, cancelled my order a month ago and still haven't gotten a refund. Everytime I call I have to wait an hour to speak to anyone and everytime I'm told it'll be processed right away but it's a lie, still waiting on it. Now I call the customer service number and it says it's disconnected. Will never shop at Ikea again and I suggest to everyone else to buy at other places.

Pretty big, well organized Ikea. Can be pretty crowded.

Love love love this Ikea. They have a great well staffed kids play area. They have a bigger selection than the Carson Ikea. You can't beat Ikea's prices and selection.

Don't trust the food court, good as cardboard! Zero stars there. Many great odds and ends for your home, four stars there, average two stars.

Great Ikea place and better than most around Californis.

It was my first time at IKEA actually and it was just as described by friends, great deals, cheaper organizers than Amazon and awesome food court.

Pretty disappointed with this IKEA. Had difficulty finding staff member in the loading picking area and tried to find an item which was out of stock
Was still out of stocks the two more times I checked and they said it would be in. Other than that an okay experience for cheap furniture.

Great place for affordable home goods. Well kept store. Employees are always nice and helpful.

Love browsing through the store. I always have to check every aisle. Recently discovered there s actually a sale section near the checkout. Great place to study in the restaurant area with FREE WIFI. There are plenty of outlets to charge your laptop and they have a couple charging lamps around the restaurant. Free coffee or tea if you have their Ikea Family card(free to apply) plus members only discounts

Good prices and you will find everything for the home

We went to IKEA Carson first but the line was ridiculous (probably over 1h wait on a Sunday) so we popped on the 405 and headed south to Costa Mesa. About 10-15 minutes later we arrived and no line at all, plenty of space inside and everything we needed in stock.

This is the only Ikea I've been too but it's always organized, and clean. It can be hard to find someone to help you if you need it though. Overall great store.

Great place to buy furniture sometimes it have awesome prices it depends of what you are looking for, also the restaurant have a decent options if you have a long day for shopping I really love the pear soda

IKEA employees struggle with the difference between a queue and a stack.

When they were going to open up a new queue, instead of helping the people who had been waiting for a while at the front of the line, they announced to the back that a new line was opening. People who had just gotten in line had the opportunity to enter the new line first. The wait was therefore resolved as a stack instead of a queue.

Please FIFO not LIFO.

It's IKEA. Adorable furniture, cheap food, huge warehouse, and brain teasers for when you get home. This location is good with decent parking and easy access

It's not a trip to IKEA without meatballs! Delicious and the furniture was good. Nice and clean and the staff was helpful.

I always get lost and end up buying things I don't need.

It's IKEA, so you should know what to expect The store and staff are fine: I have experienced nothing to complain about in the 8 years we have been shopping here (~3-5 visits annually). Early mornings and weekday evenings are best times to avoid crowds and long lines. Occasionally (like today Sat. 10/19) you'll get lucky with a quiet weekend afternoon, although it's probably seasonally dependent.
TIP: I like to start at the end, in the as-is department by the exit/checkout. Occasionally they will clearance a stack of perfect new goods here, while supplies last!

Their pickup process still needs refinement. I waited 30 minutes for my items to come out, and 15 minutes after the text stating my items were on their way out.

Kinda rude service at the cash register. It's not hard to be just pleasant or helpful.

A lot of options to choose from when it comes to furniture, but I love the food court great idea, when there serving horse meat. JK.

This is a really awesome Ikea and what makes it really special is there's a really really cool person as you can see in some of the photos I posted named Karen that works there don't try hitting on her the boys she's a tough cookie to crack lol anyways this like he is wonderful they have a nice variety of things 2 floors showroom at Cafe with all kinds of variety and amazing pricing

Pack a lunch and map. These places are huge...but they have a lot of cool home furnishing items at a reasonable price. But beware its like a maze inside the showroom.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...hire enough people to handle your customers! IT IS OBVIOUS YOU DONT CARE!
Been waiting for my delivery for 3 hours now. When I tried to call, it took 5 minutes to connect to store, and then I finally gave up after 25 minutes on hold!
They simply don't care about the consumer. Every time I go to the Costa Mesa store, they act like I am doing them a favor shopping there.
Avoid it unless you must go!!

One of the better laid out ikeas in my experience. Large parking lot which helps get in and out easier but only one small entrance door where many people also leave from so it gets very congested. When I went they were in the middle of a reset so many of the display areas were missing product or not completely set up.

My wife loves IKEA. We always find little stuff for super cheap.

Love ikea. Great product and great place to enjoy the day. Good staff. Plus, good parking.

They run out food at the restaurant and downnstairs out of drinks then you asked to switch for coffe and he asked why obviously anyhow I guess it was busy

I was not thrilled about the customer service I received. Even though it was slow I kept hearing the employees talk about all their stress and problems. All the whole no one wanted to help me get out of there any faster.
