Large showroom. Selection of lamps left a little to be desired but the staff helped us out well!
Large showroom. Selection of lamps left a little to be desired but the staff helped us out well!
Well organized departments and sections, easy to locate, Price-Quality-Ratio is just okay.
One of my favorites places for buy in fact all my furniture is from IKEA and a lot of ppl that has never have buy said the furniture there don't last but I know for a fact they don't have nothing from there (cousins and friends)
Very clean! Which is a must during these times. Surprisingly well stocked. Yes some of the things I wanted were not in stock mainly because the factories and such are closed but they had several other options to replace what they didnt have. Staff was pretty friendly except for the one who expected me to do all the heavy lifting. No I don't mind doing my share of the work, but it is your job to help the customer. But other then that I have no complaints.
Way too crowded. Social distancing is non existing. Got out fast.
They were very helpful, and we found what we were looking for. But they ran out of bacon after only an hour of being open.
The people in kitchen are awesome. Very knowledgeable and nice.
I was hesitant to redo my kitchen with ikea but it was really simple. If you are good at building ikea stuff, you can build their kitchens.
Everything I needed and more, but avoid weekends...WAY TOO many people and kids!
I like this place usually I go there when I need an idea or I just go there to see what's new.
Lines are really long. The hot dogs are over cooked
I like their cheap furniture, but the customer service for returns was very slow. With three people ahead of me, I waited 20mins to be served. The employees move very slow and several employees were standing around , while only two were actually helping customers.
Solid and very typical for an Ikea. Maybe slightly better parking than most.
The exit signs need to be clearer. The signs should distinguish emergency exits from the store exit. I kept following the exit signs only to be lead to the emergency exits only.
New bed & kitchen to install this weekend. Upgrading the 90650 casa.
Felt like a kid at a play ground. They had so much stuff. Prices where good and staff where helpful with questions.
Very crowded and usually a full lot.. be ready to walk.
First time there. Really cool atmosphere. I love the designs and ease of shopping.
It was ok, food court wasn't that great, or the bathroom. Otherwise, an average IKEA.
What can I say, it's Ikea. They have the best selection of good stuff for the house!
I can always find great essentials for my home at IKEA.
Entrance/exit felt a little confusing to navigate as a first-time visitor. Otherwise, same ol' IKEA; maze layout with display floor and marketplace floor.
I'd never been to an Ikea before this one. They had everything I needed in stock [and more!] And everything was arranged in such a way that my Partner and I were able to find what we wanted, both on the sales floor and then in the warehouse downstairs, without the assistance of any of the staff.
My only real complaint that I feel could be fixed was that it was petty hard to find a cart. They have three diffrent kinds, one to hold their bug bags, flat ones for big purchases, and the kind you usually see at grocery stores. The areas where they were kept seemed pretty random and haphazard, and both times I found a cart on my own was when another shopper had abandoned them in the middle of the store.
Overall it was a useful and fun trip, and I look forward to going again some time!
They are so caring about customers. Get free food for certain amount you buy.
The furniture is good enough, But the Costa Mesa Ikea is like Tinder but live.
We love Ikea! It has so many cool furnishings & accessories
I love this place. I'm giving it a three because I had a question about where to find an item. I asked two people and they really weren't helpful at all. They both told me different places to check, but Ikea is huge. I sure would have liked them to walk me to the area I needed to check out show me on a nap. I was not able to find what I was looking for :/
They provided free childcare at a nice play room for 1 hour while parent go shopping.
I was hoping to find new designed products, but it was the same stuff that I saw year ago.
Love the items, food, and the great products. In addition the whole area is clean.
It was okay! The cafe downstairs is closed for a remodel.....so no hotdogs, pizza or soft serve ice cream for my teens. Both items I was interested in seemed to elude the employees. I asked where to find the items and was told they didn't carry the sleeper ottoman. I had to look it up on website and show it to him! He said he thought it was something else. It was 10 - 15 feet from where he was standing! The other item and salesperson were easier, he admitted he doesn't know where everything is but asked a manager and took me straight to it. They did have a wheelchair I could use while there since I recently had foot surgery. Thankfully my teens were there to push my chair!
Every thing you need for your home and more...plus some swedish meatballs
It's better stocked and in order than the one in Burbank.
We ate dinner there before shopping. You can't beat the prices for dinner. Pleasant shopping experience.
I just go for the food lol Great place definitely for a work out
Good customer services I bought a girl's vanity nice one, good price and $25 off
Human traffic jam. Make me spend more time than I thought.
What's there not to love about Ikea? Many of their products are low cost and great value, as their furniture is built to last. I can never walk in there and not get distracted. Whether new sales or products grab my attention, my shopping list rarely stays my agenda. In the middle of shopping, I like the availability of a cafe for a quick snack or meal, especially their meatball and potato plate with brown sauce and lingonberry jam. I also make sure to grab a bag of meatballs and lingonberry jam to take home and enjoy at my leisure.
Bought a bed set, got home and found out we were shorted a party to the head board. After going back to get part and coming back home to continue putting the bed together, we found out that nuts and bolts to attach the head board were missing. So if you buy anything from IKEA that needs to be put tougher, make sure you all the parts and materials before leaving, otherwise you're guaranteed on coming back.
Good place to shop around and see different styles of furniture and what might work in your home.
I love love love this place! I have furnished many of my homes from futons to great rugs to all my kitchen accessories including a butcher block table on wheels I use for room divider. I can't say enough...too many good things to list. Please open soon.
IKEA is plagued with "Sorry, this item is not in stock at this time" Will have to wait until after the COVID-19 is over to get furniture from them.
Great customer service with helping find the right setup that we found online.
SO CROWDED! Not nearly enough employees. Super busy and no support :-(
Go to Carson instead.
Very helpful people i loved this color, will return soon,
There is always something there that you can use for a cheaper price. Very nice to walk around with my lady that I'm taking care.
Candy store for adults. Amazing layout that gets you to walk through and see everything. Reasonable prices on most items. Very clean with nice staff. The food court has amazing food with outstanding prices to match. Even just going here to feed the family is totally worth it.
Store is always clean an organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love the Swedish meatballs, but the mashed potatoes were a little bland.
Cashier was not so nice. Kind of rude. Salesperson was excellent and very helpful.
It's an IKEA. Fun to walk around and see displays, prices for simple chairs and stuff were a bit alarming but I'm broke and also - it's a furniture store. Cafeteria was a cool concept, food was average. Also they have a free daycare so that's cool for parents. Good place to go for when you're bored and looking for house items.
Good customer service, when we are looking for direction for certain section, someone just popped up and help. Products are getting more expensive than the past. But still have great deals when on sale. Lot of parking, conveniently located near highway
Best IKEA location i've been to. Lots of parking, has it's own exit of the 405N, good food... good "cheap" furniture, can't go wrong!
Ikea offers great value and is family friendly. The kids loved Smaland and dropping them off for an hour makes shopping for needed items much less of a hassle.
I dfidn't have to go hunt for my three furniture items; i just paid and they brought them out.
We paid $199 for the kitchen design service and the ultimate result was garbage. Couldn't even find the dishwasher on the printouts. Also, our contractor told us he could not guarantee the IKEA kitchen cabinets because the boxes are pressed wood. We ended up going to Home Depot for the design (great service!) and our contractor got us gorgeous, solid wood cabinet for about the same price as the IKEA pressed wood. We did buy kitchen hardware (handles) at IKEA because I liked the look and even they turned out to be bad quality: crooked screw holes and they seem to stain in odd ways. We have bought other things at IKEA because contemporary furniture is sometimes hard to find for a reasonable price; and keeping in mind that you get what you pay for, have been reasonably satisfied. I hate the thought of being in that store during an earthquake though.
