Ikea is great for both furniture and food, the furniture is well made and looks very good and the food tastes great.

Everything at the showroom is lovely presented, and of course we get good ideas for home decoration !!!

This is one of my favorite places to shop and spend the day. Please do treat yourself and check this place out.

My shopping experience was great but costumer service very slow

Went there couple night ago, my shopping cart was full, when I got to the cashier after long line of wait, one of my items bar code was missing she had to look it up on line to find it, but with attitude asked me to step aside so she can ring up person in line behind me, and then look up the item. I told her I was in line for more than 15 minutes and is almost 9 pm can you call your manager and ask for help, again with same attitude she told me she is the manager.
There was only one person behind me with lots of boxes and items in the cart, but not sure why she was acting like that so I refused to step aside and asked her to look up the item which in few seconds she got it. After mine she closed he register and walked away and asked the person behind me to go to other register.
Love the store for cute ideas but sometimes is hard to find sales people to help you out if you have any questions. Plus wish they had translations to English on their items since they are doing busines here, sometimes is hard to figure out with everything in swedish language.

Store associate Tony was superb. He stopped what he was doing to help us find our items. Thanks Tony!

Chose the pick and collect or whatever it's called, but never got the 2and confirmation email, luckily the employees here helped me out and let me pick up my stuff anyways, I give the online 1/5 stars, horrible service.

I love the furniture that they have. I have never had a bad experience with IKEA, to me it's the best furniture buying experience you can have.

Spent about 2 hours putting together our furnishing.... Good times!

They had the Vegetable Balls on sale for $3.99 when I went. It's really good and I love the sauce. And for dessert I always get the Daim Chocolate Cake. Quality food for a really good price.

Food relatively more affordable. Love the cooked veggies that goes with most of the meals

It's Ikea. If you've never been to one, you should go. If you've been to one, this one is probably just like it.

Ikea a lot to look at you might have to come back cuz you might have missed something the first time. Great place to get down comforters.

Biggest IKEA in the USA, if i'm not wrong. It and it lives up to that name. HUGE selection that I cant find at my local IKEA! Be prepares for a lot of walking and crowds!

Great prices but do not like how evwryrhing.is spread out and dont like warehouse style shopping.

There are lots of parking spaces here in IKEA of Costa Mesa. Prices are very reasonable. Return and exchange is fast. You can go to express line for a few items or take the number for regular return. Meat Ball (meaning only meat ball without mixing any veggies inside) is my favorite and a must buy

It's ikea! Great low cost great looking low quality furniture. Sometimes just what you need. If it were higher quality the price would be higher too!

Everything is beautiful here. Great decorating ideas and a knowledgeable staff. Lunch in the cafe was delicious and affordable.

By far the worst run IKEA (or any other furniture store) I have ever encountered. We only bought 2 items, but both required going to furniture pick-up as the items were not in the self service area. This process took 3 employees telling us it was someone else s problem before we were finally able to print an order form and pay for the items. When we handed off the order to Ramiro (who accused my mom of cutting in front of us when we were clearly a group and was generally rude and incompetent the whole time), he said it would be about 20 minutes (we were one of 8 orders that needed to be picked and there were at least 6 employees actively picking and no large orders).

It took them over an hour to finally call our order, at which point Ramiro informed us they were out of stock on one item and we needed to get it refunded, even though the item showed as in stock when a different employee checked the system (he claimed it had been out of stock for months and was everyone else s fault for not checking even though he took the original ticket). Ramiro then walked us over to returns rather than dealing with it himself, another case of it being not his problem .

The item that we ended up getting weighed so little there was no reason it should not have been in the regular self service area. We were originally planing to get 2 of the item they didn t have, but after this experience, we will probably buy from someone else to avoid giving IKEA the sale.

Summary; avoid this IKEA if you can in favor of other IKEAs in the area and never get an item that is not in self-service.

Excellent place for anything you need. You have to pay attention to the price; many items are more expensive than you think. Generally, it is a great place to start.

Staff is not very present however they have good showrooms and stocked market place

I purchased a bed from here and after I built it I realized you have to buy a center beam to hold the bed separately, because it doesn t come with the bed. I think it would be nice if someone had told me that earlier.

Don't bother trying to call them. 9/10 times I tried I couldn't even get connected to their phone system. The one time I got through I waited on the line for 10mins and gave up.

IKEA is always a great place to shop for organizational things and keeping your house minimized

I called and was on hold for 2 hours!!!!! to obtain a reference number for my claiim to get them to send someone out with the item to fix it. Guess what NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I have now been on hold for another hour and counting. SUCKS besides waiting an inordenant amout of time in the store to get assistance. UNBELEIVABLE. Why does anyone shop there?

Ikea furniture quality sucks. A TV table i bought started bending due to the allowed weight of the TV. However kitchen items and small stuffs for home decor are good.

I got the Franklin chair, and at first they said it was out of stock but then they double checked and it turned out that they changed the product number. They got free WiFi when you sign up for ikea family.

Not a big fan of IKEA, over all it was good I like walking in and see new ideas.

I found this store to be amazing for the home decorator on a budget. Although very large, it seems to be laid out to take you through all departments. Wheelchairs are available for the handicapped, although they are manual, so bring a strong friend to push you!

Love their furniture but it always takes so long to go, through this store I avoid going ikea at all cost cuz I value my, time. And no, their shortcuts are still too long to find & get what you need. I don't want shopping experience, I want to get what I need & get out!

Always a very consistent experience at Ikea. That could be a good or bad thing, depending on how cool you are with wiggling past aimlessly wandering people with no cart etiquette. Haha.. With that said, Ikea always has a very wide selection of nice items to decorate your space with. Everything I have ever bought from here has lasted as long as I expected it to or longer. It's a budget minded store, and as the products are of good quality, I wouldn't expect anything from here to be a family heirloom.

I would give them 0 stars if I could, my experience with them has been a nightmare. First they sold me an incomplete product and told me I would just have to figure out how to get the rest of it myself. After finding the missing part online and paying way too much for shipping they sent me the wrong color. Now I have to go back, return it, and pay for shipping again to (hopefully) get the correct color sent to me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Trying to get a Pax wardrobe system for a client since July. Message is always the same on their website: ETA (at the 3 local stores I'm looking at) just a couple of days from when I check online. When I check back at the specified date it is pushed out again. This has been going on since July. Pandemic, yes, but this is extremely frustrating, the more so as they are not servicing their customer service phone numbers, nobody picks up. The friendly image that Ikea tries to portrait to the world goes bye bye.

I've been trying to call all day and no answer yet! This is horrible Customer Service!!!

is there a star lower than one? I hate this store. I had to walk all around that rat maze talked to 4 different people just to buy one stupid item. Then I had to spend half an hour waiting 5 minutes for some idiot to pull that one item from the back.

Love this place. Has very simplistic and minimal furniture that's stylish and functional.

So much to buy, so little time:

All soft plastic utensils for the little ones are extremely affordable. How can you beat a 99 cents spray bottle? My wife and I spent about an hour there and she almost packed the cart.
