Always interesting stuff... Great food at the rest...
Always interesting stuff... Great food at the restaurant.
Always interesting stuff... Great food at the restaurant.
Good stuff, decent prices... layout of the store made me feel claustrophobic, but Tereza took great care of us and took my mind of it. Thanx Tereza!!
Right off the Highway. And a Huge Ikea. The only problem I had is that this particular layout makes you go through the entire display floor before letting you go to the section where you can actually get the items. Very friendly staff.
Pretty standard. They keep it clean, and orderly which I like.
IKEA is one of the premier places to go visit with a family. They ve perfected the game of corporate shopping through providing a perfect shopping experience. Your kids are able to play around in the playground or in the store itself, there are tons of food choices, and even a self service checkout line.
Recommended!
It's Ikea, why wouldn't you? Also, great location for a date night as the food is solid.
This is your typical Ikea. We scored on a range hood that was half off and picked up a 39" dual-sink vanity that fit in our small bathroom. We couldnt find once this size anywhere else. Of course, we also stopped and ate some Swedish meatballs.
It has everything you need to make your home cute and great customer service. We we looking for a item and instead of pointing us in the direction, she stopped the project she was working on and walked us over. Then got downstairs and the woman at the register asked if I found everything I needed. I joked maybe more than I expected that I needed a cart full later. Thanks IKEA for going above.
What can you say about it. It's a furniture store with good seletion.
I go here for the convenient little cafeteria, with the view of 405 traffic jams. Oh yeah, it's a furniture and household goods store, where you can get lost in their shopping maze. It's a notably kid-friendly place.
Very packed on weekends pizza slice and hot dogs are a good snacks for the kids after and the lingnon berry juice is always good and refreshing
Fun to wander through, good place to get ideas... and decor.
The instructions to their products are very bad and sometimes don't even match with the product
Great shopping place. Products are great. You will come in looking for the thing you want and end up buying a bunch of stuff you didn't know you wanted. If your planning on eating you should try the food court they got. High recommend the chicken tenders and the meat ball plates.
At the restaurant, 2x $1 breakfast is much better than 1x $2 breakfast. (The $2 breakfast has swedish crepes.)
Love the coffee here and you can get it free with a friend and family card! Inexpensive meal options at a great price.
Great shop, post covid
Long lines but it does move quite fast and they show u how the wait would be by the line signs. Store is organized - the restaurant is closed which sucks since I came here for the meat balls and potatoes and salmon
My "Disneyland". I've spent hours designing my home ... if only I had the money. I've even forgotten to eat.
Pretty much everything is out of stock. 2 employees said they don't speak English so they didnt even try to help me with some basic questions. Handling online orders not any better. What a mess.
Pretty well organized and staffed and lots of great merchandise at excellent fair prices. Had an issue with purchasing something that had to be ordered on the floor and picked up at customer service /will call - was told by employees milling around chatting that I'd have to order on the warehouse floor which only had one employee visible working with a customer. When he became free he told me I could have placed the order from any floor /employee kiosk. I reported this to store mgr who was apologetic, helpful, respectful, and assured me it would be corrected.
That's the way to respond to customer concerns.
I love that store it has everything that my house needs and very good prisons I love that it is in cash because that way I do not pay interest on anything and it is also good that things do not come assembled because I put them in my house without damaging them
If you're looking up an Ikea store, then you really shouldn't need a review about the quality of their goods... but out of the different Ikea locations, this particular store front has one of the better layouts, as well as enough room to stock a wider range of inventory.
I went here to return 2 items today that i purchased less than a month ago with receipt. Cashier #10061469 small asian girl with a flat face, was very adamant about returning back to the original Visa. She rudely explained to me if I don't have the same Visa, "it wouldn't work". So i looked through my Visa cards to match up the last 4 digits then I realized it was on my wife's Visa, I walked to the sofa where she was sitting. I came back within a minute and this girl had already VOIDED out my transaction. Seriously?????
She must have thought i couldn't come up with the original payment so she had to rescan my stuff again. In the end, she asked me to chip the card in. IF your system didn't store my payment on file and you're asking me to chip my Visa, it obviously means that I wasn't required to use my orginal payment. I spent over $200 on the last receipt, do you really think I'm nitpicking over points and rewards on a $15 returns??
IKEA should retrain this employee. If you have an unfriendly face and cynical attitude trying to police what card is used over small transactions, DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Always lots of usful, good quality, not expensive things. I like it)
Modern furniture warehouse. Can find almost any furniture item you are looking for. The cafeteria is not bad either.
Clean and a lot of different selections for furniture.
This place is so great, you can find everything, we love to.come, the kids even have fun with the toys inside they have displayed to try.
I'm amazed how clean they manage to keep this place despite there being a constant stream of people flowing through it.
Best Ikea in the area! Excellent dining setup when compared to locations like Carson.
Affordable and functional furniture. Must visit for college students looking for furniture. Check out IKEA furniture hacks on the internet. The store itself is a bit maze-like, they steer you to look at everything in the store - look for signs to take shortcuts.
Ikea where college folks, families, seniors and first time home owners go to grab furniture and some quick food!
The food and the products here are very nice. Although it's always super busy the store is so well laid out that it's not as crowded as it always appears. Checkout can be a bit long at times but when we went it was super fast. Everyone is friendly also.
This location is great a lot of parking space everything is clean and prices are good.
Is ent in looking for candles, and because of the trap and path, managed to buy other items I didn't know I needed. I suppose that's the point.
Busy on the weekends and holidays! Lots of parking, long lines on the weekends, so anticipate that with an ice cream cone.
Best ikea I've ever been to. They print out the items you want on a receipt and when you scan the receipt at check out, someone goes through the warehouse and pulls your items for you so you dont gave to go through the aisles yourself! And they actually know their products and projects and how to assist you. Dang, I would make the drive out to this location over west covina any day
Gets extremely crowded and certain times furniture that is supposed to be "sold out" is fully stocked in the self service area so you have to search for the pictures.
Seriously, who doesn't like Ikea?? Good products (sometimes weird), plus cheap, decent food. Welcome to Sweden!
All the employees are extremely helpful!! Stores a fun maze with lots of great finds
They have great Swedish events throughout the year.
Can t believe they don t have any twine to secure your large items on the car. !!!
Really disappointed
They drive up service could use some work bcuz the app was tripping but overall I was able to get what I needed which made me happy.
Always fun visiting Ikea. Dinner is a good deal and delicious. Shopping and looking at furniture possibilities just brings out the optimist in people.
WOW just WOW just about every employee who works there needs to be fired not every employee but most and also get rid of the management team because they did a shotty job teaching there employees on how to treat a customer. Next thing, IKEA should sue the architect who designed the floor layout also the website development team needs to rework the site. Here is the problem, you go to there site and say you want a desk so you reach for said desk and find one you like. So you click on it and it gives you a location so when you get to the store you know where you can find the desk you want mind was on aisle 6 ben 10 off to IKEA I go my very first visit to IKEA. As I enter I'm greeted by escalators and no signs telling which way to go so up I go to the 2nd. floor were I encounter a maze and I do mean maze of display after display and not a single employee to be found. after 30 minutes of walking left then right then right then left I come to an employee stocking a display I walk up to her and ask where is asle 1? she replies with a god awful look and continues to ignore me so I walk away knowing she is going to be of no help but I come across another employee she's more helpful but not helpful enough instead of taking me she points and than goes about her business trying not to be seen by any customers. After 45 minutes I come to the cafe where I tell my wife and mother to wait here I'll be back I go through a few doors find an elevator then head back to get the wife an mother so we can all go down to the first floor were again I ask them to wait I finally find the warehouse where the aisle are located. It took an hour to locate what I came to purchase. Anyways I will never visit IKEA again they may have OK prices but customer services sucks ass and the store layout is a nightmare.
I wish they had more locations to far but worth the drive
Good place to find offers but need some improvement to extend the area.
The cleanest, best setup IKEA I have ever been to. Also, way better parking than most IKEAs!
I have to rate separately...
Store: 5 stars if you like the Ikea shopping experience. No in and out of the store, no staff everywhere. Lots of things to see!
Price vs. Quality: 4 stars. Not one piece of wood, but if you follow directions, things last long enough. They always have good deals.
Cafeteria cashiers and floating staff: 5 stars, nice and friendly, fast.
Cafeteria staff serving food: 2 stars. This is the third time I get school cafeteria service. Short answers, no smiles, kind of attitude. I don't think is the employees, managers need to reinforce good customer service and see if they are overwhelmed.
Food: 3 stars. Some things are great! Others were great, and not so good anymore. Like their salmon sandwich that you grab... nope. It looked like it died a while ago. They haven't had bacon in a while. Their almond cake/pie is so good. Their salmon plate is good too. Meatballs are always good enough, never dissapoint. Price of food is fair.
Cafeteria design: 3 stars. Noisy, but convenient. I don't give it 5 stars because even though it looks nicer, they removed the child play area at the end of the cafeteria, so now kids are everywhere. That area was a huge relief for parents wanting to take a bite, and patrons without children to eat in peace. Also the coffee maker didn't have any more milk in more than one occasion. Which takes me back to wonder if management is staffing appropriately, or if the minimum wage increase affected Ikea as well...
Even with the 3 stars I will be back soon. I'm a loyal Ikea customer since before they moved to Costa Mesa, and hopefully they won't allow things to keep going down.
I never been to IKEA before but it was so big that anyone with little kids should look after them. You don't want them to get lost in the big store.
Something is cheaper than daiso.
But most items are expensive.
Ikea give a free coffee for member.
It s just brewd coffee.
Best IKEA location I've been to and I've been to the following: Carson, Glendale and Covina
Items are not very great but if you need a bed for 3 months or a desk for a year this is the place to go
Shipping is expensive. Wish the furniture had locks to drawers and doors to cabinets. Cafeteria is nice but switched to disposable cutlery and plates and cups. Not very environmentally friendly considering they market themselves as eco friendly.
You mean, if we just want candy, we have to wait in the long line that everyone else is in to order food??? No way! There's never a cashier at the other end for buying individual items. Why should I wait 15 min just for a dollar of candy. The system is broken.
