Love the merchandise, food was not very hot and soda was flat, when I was taking the futon I bought outside to tie into the roof of my car nobody was there to help me lift it, tie it, etc

Returns close at 6. No signage stating that it was closed. stood outside for awhile at 6:12pm with other people who were returning stuff until a staffer approaches me asking if I'm on a list. Should rope off the queue or put signage up so customers know return hours.

Staff/employees are all excellent and very nice people. Company just needs to refine it's new covid-19 policies.

love Ikea. Definitely an experience that everyone should enjoy, especially when you decorate your home. This place really helps you view what things will look like in your home, but you can customize almost everything to your liking. They also have a great food court web you're hungry.

This was my first experience with Ikea, it was just a bit crowded but now I understand people's fascination with this place.

Ikea wants to receipt for return. Ikea sold us stainless steel pan, but the item has stain, they wanted to see receipt for return. I did not think stainless steel will have stain after a while. Don't buy anything Ikea but you can Costco or other American company, When you go to Costco even you return food, Costco accepts because Costco is American company.

Love that the website tells me what aisle and bin so I could go straight and grab what I wanted. However, I was so confused as I was looking for this long bookcase. After looking back at the website, which is where I found it, noticed it said 3x. It's 3 small bookcases together! I would have never done that on my own...good one IKEA designers! Thanks! Exactly what I needed.

Who doesn't love Ikea. Great parking and a cool food area with some interesting foreign food.

I hate the fact that you have to walk the whole store to get what you are looking for.

I hadn't eaten at Ikea for a couple of years. My memory of the last few times I ate here suggests to me it was sort of unforgettable. Fast forward to today, we ordered the chicken and waffles, stuffed chicken plate, kids meatball plate, and chocolate conspiracy cake. All in all, the food quality this time around was much better. The string beans were not overcooked and had good flavor. The waffle flavor was really good, though a bit soft in consistency. Got a Naked juice and OJ. Family ate for $24. Our kid really enjoyed the kid play area that's pretty darn secure while we did boring shopping. Costa Mesa, CA store.

The item is OK but they refuse to have someone assemble it for me so therefore it's just pieces of wood sitting on my floor. Not very happy and will not be purchasing anything from them anymore

Amazing customer service, they went out of their way to find a missing part to a bunk bed I had purchased years ago and went the extra mile to order it and have it delivered to my home at no charge!!! WOW!

ikea is a very good place to buy things for home and more, besides that everything is economical, thanks lkea

Great places to find good deals, great specials going on all the time. If you want to get organized this is the place to go, they have ideas for any decor.
Also I really like the child daycare they have my daughter had tons of fun and we did our shopping without any worries

This place is great, and it is huge. Last time I went and employee showed me the escape/ shortcut doors, thank goodness. The shortcut helped me get around the mall walkers otherwise it would have been an all day affair.

Needs to be more organized beside that employees are nice and helpful!! Easy to assembled my furniture!

I've been purchasing my furniture & bedding at Ikea Costa Mesa but the other week I decided to eat at the lounge and was treated with disrespect from a cashier named " Layla " As I was holding my tray of food in my left hand while pushing my stroller with the right hand the cashier looked at me with such hat and gave my 5 year old daughter a mean look. Im not sure if it's because we're a darker skin shade then she is... she not once smiled, greeted me, or said thank you. I was very kind to her and she had the audacity make me reach for my receipt when my hands were so full. I noticed her name on the name tag and as i grabbed my receipt she rolled her eyes and said "I would like to help the next person" As I grabbed my napkins I noticed her greeting the people behind me with a smile as if she was the best cashier ever told. To be honest I felt choked up because the first thing I thought of was the color of my skin and I shouldn't have to feel this way coming to IKEA where there is such diverse customers. I've been observed the food court and we happen to be the darkest people there.... very odd, so yeah that's my story...

IKEA allows you to have modern furniture at low cost. The cafe and restaurant have good food for a low cost. While it can occasionally be difficult to find staff, they are attentive and helpful.

NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE!! Worst customer service, shipping company never came and said they did. When they were scheduled to come, they lost my dresser in their warehouse!! NOW i don't have a dresser because IKEA doesn't have any more in stock. I now have to pay FULL price when I reorder it. I bought the dresser on sale!! And I had to be the one to call IKEA and wait on hold for 30 minutes before ANYONE answered THEN NOONE from the delivery company called to tell me they weren't coming. I wasted an ENTIRE Saturday waiting for my dresser!! 3 weeks my daughters have had their clothes in piles on the floor and now I still don't have a dresser and I have to start from square one!! PISSED OFF!!!

I place an order for a Stuva/Fritids wardrobe paid almost 300$ and it's missing the assembly screws I've tried calling emailing and there is no way to get ahold of them . I have absolutely no idea what to do now

Long line out the doors, fortunately only took about 20 minutes. They have a specific entrance and exit and are very strict about it. It was my first time going to IKEA, it took a little bit to get used to the way you design furniture, go to the warehouse, order your design, and then get in line to pay for your design. The checkout lines are also very long, luckily they had almost every single register open.

I like the way you can browse through designed and furnished rooms to help you find ideas for small spaces

Busy Ikea. Best to come here during the week to avoid the weekend crowds. There are always plenty of deals to he found. You can always get a cheap breakfast at the cafe. Plus, with the Family Card you get your free coffee. Love me.some free coffee

Just moved, we found a lot of cheap home decor and furniture here. Highly recommend this place to newly weds and college kids!

Very big store and have plenty of options. You wont get confused anywhere in the store. Markings are perfect and the food court is neat and clean. But people forget to take their trays. But still it is fine with the quality of food they provide.

Love Ikea my kids especially love the play area and I like the kids free shopping

Love how you can see examples of rooms and decorating. They have great pricing. Staff is helpful. I was searching for a certain item and they walked me through the store to show me the different colors of the item I was looking to buy.

Had to return kitchen cabinets because employee put in wrong size. Return female was helpful and took care of us.

I am a student , I went in to buy a desk, office chair, and lamp for my dorm room. The desk was so big I had to use two carts, since I went on my own it was impossible to take both carts to the cash register. I kindly asked the nearest employee to help me push a cart he refused and stated "Oh its not that far to the register you can make it"! What! I made it to the front finally hand over the $950 cash for the desk and items. I then asked the cashier can you get someone to help to my car, she said " Oh you have to find someone outside to help you in yellow vests WHAT!! This cant be the first time someone needs help at the register. Terrible service lazy employees working to run out the clock. I'm a cashier myself and I always go above and beyond in helping someone from a bag of chips to a $400 alcohol drink. I wont be back.

It's a nice Ikea. They have good breakfast and a large parking lot.
