Nothing would beat IKEA for cheap furniture. If you are buying quite a few stuff make sure you grab a bite, because they were running a discount that pays for your lunch if the bill is above 100.

Great place to browse and eat cheap outside the usual rush hours.

I knew the exact item I wanted so the attendant showed me a shortcut to the warehouse. Another super helpful attendant looked up the item on his device and told me where to get it. This was my fastest trip to IKEA.

Don't like that u have to get your own furniture from the back. Why can they. Or get it for you.

The worker claimed that they didnt have what i was looking for and then about 5 min. Later i found it. She should learn her facts. But otherwise i love IKEA!!!

Just like all of these you have, it's so much fun to go.

I will never go here again. Trying to go to the restroom is almost impossible. Can't have my handcap husband join me to make decisions because no electric chairs for him to use. They have all these handicap spots in the parking lot but the store doesnt accomidate inside the store. They need benches for people to sit especially towards the end to check out. Bad design.store SUCKS

Ikea's online services suck. Their delivery service is not flexible. They promise that you can reschedule delivery if you're not able to be available but good luck with their 800 number. It's the ONLY number for ALL Ikeas in the nation! As a result it is harder than steel to reach a human being, and at times this number just simply won't connect.

Love IKEA! My two most favorite products (even seems silly but they are the best) the ziplock bags they come in 3 boxes each contains 2 different sizes! And the big bag of straws.

Was not satisfied with the lack of knowledge any of the 3 associates I asked the same question of.

Customer service is amazing. Greeted right away, there was always someone available to assist me. Everything was fairly easy to find and the cinnamon buns were delicious.

Our favorite place for shopping, eating and just hanging!

I don't know why a lot of people hate IKEA (maybe because they're no good at assembling? :) ), but I think it offers great, modern design at affordable prices. Yes the cheaper furniture is not made to last, but you always get at least a couple of better options.

It's Ikea man! You're gonna get what you pay for, but I do like the interior designs they have in walking through the showroom.

I love Ikea. Tons of organization options, furniture, decor, lighting, etc... Very unique store. I would recommend making a day out of it. Eat lunch at the cafe too.

This place is the only Ikea in my area so I can't put harsh judgement. However, this place is always hard to navigate and I always end up getting lost for five hours.

Go to their little food court and get the dollar ice cream cones yum!!! Also their cinnamon rolls are huge. Loved the Swedish grocery store area as well and tried both the pear and apple sparkling cider and it was delicious

Looks like IKEA does not sell furniture kits anymore. You have to get all the parts on your own in the self serve warehouse and put it together. Weird.

I was at IKEA recently waiting for returns and it took me about an hour and a half to return an item. I feel like their returns department/customer service was very unorganized. There were no chairs. People were just sitting on the cement barracades for this hour long wait - there were elderly/seniors and woman who had a baby in line but they werent given priority or a chair to sit on until some of us in the line spoke out. I don't think the staff was very attentive or inclined with the customers. What is the point of IKEA Family if you don't treat your customers like one...

As great as the products and prices,are...I still hate feeling trapped in that big maze of a store w no easy way to check out get out or get to a restroom. They need better/quicker access to all if these.

90% of the department agents are friendly .. When its not weekend .. Or evening time .. By then agents are bitter and tired .. But you rarely need them .. Did my second apartment here .. Just wish if they had more bed frames options

They have a great selection and it is nice to be able to see a display of the items you are looking to buy.

OMG I m an IKEA Convert lol Love the giant Costa Mesa Store!! And I never leave without the Raspberry Shortbread Cookies YUM!!

Always a great place for a quick, healthy and inexpensive bite. The variety and choices never end.... We have been eating at IKEA restaurant since I was a boy in Europe and I'm glad that we can now enjoy it here in the USA. Love it!

Got a great deal in the as is section. Wish the workers were more helpful since you have to pull heavy things off shelves. Very friendly at least!

There are many selections not only for furniture, also decoration stuff. I got my mirror and picture frame for a good price.

Who doesn't love this place? The staff is always helpful and you get a free cup of coffee or tea every time you go if you join the Ikea family (it is free).

Very organized, practically anything you want you can get there for reasonable prices.

I was told by a Ikea about two miles from my house if I'd drive an hour and a half to coast Mesa I could purchase the mattress that they did not stock. I get there and they not only don't deliver to my area, they did not have the mattress. Then the tell me if I drive two hours to blah blah blah they have the mattress I replied I'm not stupid if you don't deliver to my area why would they being much farther. Service sucks, oh wait they have no service just sales people

Clean store and helpful staff. I have never had a negative experience (other then what comes from shopping for household furniture with your spouse) at this location. Everything is clean and tidy. The deals are what you come to expect from Ikea.

Love IKEA, good pricing and wonderful product detail for any project. It is a sanctuary for project managers, home designers, and event planners, alike.

The product was good, however, the help loading it was a bit unhelpful.
