Ikea Utrecht Review

My favorite place to eat cheaply if I do not feel like cooking. Then I check the bargain corner often, all of it taken away from carpets to mattresses and tables, plates and cutlery. Very fine.

Went to IKEA for this beauty. It was super easy to install :) And shoot out to the girl who helped me at the small restaurant where you can get hotdogs and ice cream! I needed some water for my medication. She gave me some water and made sure I was okay and if I needed anything else. That's what I call good service!!

Not good to judge, bets were under renovation. I don't understand why someone likes this store.

I finally had the opportunity with my wife and child to go to ikea (busy family). Once there we were not allowed to enter. Maximum 2 people despite our child is only 5 years old. Well done ikea !! You are the only one who refused us as a family.

Generally positive. Restaurant less. After asking to get a plate of food I had to wait a few minutes .. The employee went to bake some filling .. After 3 minutes I ran away surprised ... Then but only coffee ..

If people would stop stumbling as if they were a group of invalids, this place might not come across as hell on earth. Unfortunately this is not the case and I can not put my opinion under the so-called chairs or benches. Unfortunately, people walk so slowly backward that you have the time to leave your opinion dizzy everywhere, except under the chairs because there are people there

Large ikea with a lot of choice. Classification makes sense. Just like any ikea: difficult to leave without buying anything!

Lots of free parking on the edge of the A12. Maybe sneaky, do your thing at Ikea. Then take the tram to the center and go for a walk or shopping there ...

Sometimes I go to IKEA purely for food. But wandering for hours and sitting on every couch is also a nice experience.

Terrible experience. I have ordered an expensive bed for my teenage daughter for her birthday, paid assembly. The first assembly appointment was canceled because Ikea had technical problems, the second time they came to assemble - it turned out that a shelf in the bed set was wrong, a new assembly day was immediately agreed with Ikea (and the employee on the line was too coarse)
Today the brigade came with a new bed for my daughter - what did it turn out to be? Ikea has forgotten to record assembly in their list, while I have already paid for it. That is why they did not mount my daughter's bed! Fourth week my daughter has to sleep on the floor, while I pay Ikea more than 2000 euros. It is impossible to write their e-mail directly, on the phone they are rude and summit. And without a star you can't send anything, while I would give minus 1! Don't go there.
Never again Ikea. Scammers!

Long waiting time at the collection, because staff had to be moved in the warehouse.

Very spacious, large location, plenty of (free) parking. Fortunately, some quick crossings if you know exactly what to have but still a long walk :-)

Have you been an IKEA family member for many years and have enjoyed a lot of breakfast there? .But no everything was used up and nothing was replenished. The employee only told me a sorry and I could do it with that. You may as well not state an end time.

This store is in good order! Complies very well with the Corona measures and everything is very clear, a child can do the laundry.

The Eka Utrecht Center is a shopping pleasure in every sense of the word.
It has free large car parking, free electric car parking and a children's shopping area.

Restaurant has become very expensive compared to a few years ago (estimate + 150%), but the range is slightly wider and more luxurious (estimate + 100%).
Range of furniture is maximum here. Long warranty. 90 day exchange option.

Prima Ikea location. Ample parking. Personally I prefer to order on their site.

We have been coming here for 10 years and have been helped by very friendly and professional staff, but more often by unfriendly and unprofessional staff. We almost considered having our kitchen designed and ordered in Eindhoven. Fortunately, the staff in the kitchen department were well trained.
It is also true what others say, this filler is less clean and tidy.
Plus: you now get a lid over your plate in the restaurant, previously your food was cold blown at the checkout.
Plus: plenty of parking.

Ikea opens for breakfast at 9:00 AM, but the store only opens at 10:00 AM. On weekends it can be very busy at the service desk.
Service desk and service are sometimes very disappointing.

Ikea has adapted the service perfectly to the corona problems. Compliments!

Fine, but to visit the restaurant you have to walk all the way through the store as soon as you have finished your meal. I understand this is IKEA's formula, but it remains annoying.

The stuff is so cheap I bought too much... is that a good or a bad thing? or is it me...

Nice store, nice things met. After we had put the things in the car, we went back to the restaurant to have something to eat and drink. What does our varbazing outline? To go to the car, the entire store had to go to the exit. The shortened routes were not clearly indicated. Bit of a shame

Incredible customer service (and a pretty new store, too)! We bought new slats (lattenbodems) for our 5 year old Ikea bed at Beter Bed, but they didn't fit (size as advertised was 80x200, real size was 78.5x200) and fell through, damaging our bed. Beter Bed refused to help, Ikea immediately provided us with replacement parts for our bed and also offered a solution to lock the new slats in place, for free! We can finally sleep in our bed again thanks to the great customer service from Ikea Utrecht (and we are still waiting for a reply from Beter Bed).

It is ikea, so exactly what you expect from it. Enough parking space, cheap coffee / snack / drink etc.

Incredibly busy and incredibly inefficient shopping, but then you might not have to go to IKEA in bad weather on Sunday. Good price for a lot of fine stuff, hence 3 stars.

Store full of nice lifestyle idea's. Price/quality ratio varies. Some things are unbelievable cheap, other unexplainable expensive. Skip the restaurant. Terrible food, although i heard rumours that you can win a prize if you can prove you actually found meat in the scandinavian meatballs.

Ikea is ikea, you always run unnecessarily too much.
Always good to get ideas.
New is the coffee corner, making coffee more cozy.

An extra checkout every now and then is not a bad idea, pay more attention to that

Prima Ikea store, however, the restaurant has become considerably impoverished over the years ... sad offer ... with increasingly unmotivated staff (with the help of young employees).

In the restaurant many tables were dirty, we could hardly find a clean table anywhere

Walk a typhoid if you only want to go to the cash register

Great concept, nice staff, spacious design and good products.

Strolling around to get ideas or first looking around on the site to be able to go right there on the spot. It is wonderfully quiet on such a weekday evening.

A very large ikea, where a lot of the furniture can be seen. Only in the parking garage it was difficult to find my way to the store.
