Terrible experience. I have ordered an expensive bed for my teenage daughter for her birthday, paid assembly. The first assembly appointment was canceled because Ikea had technical problems, the second time they came to assemble - it turned out that a shelf in the bed set was wrong, a new assembly day was immediately agreed with Ikea (and the employee on the line was too coarse)
Today the brigade came with a new bed for my daughter - what did it turn out to be? Ikea has forgotten to record assembly in their list, while I have already paid for it. That is why they did not mount my daughter's bed! Fourth week my daughter has to sleep on the floor, while I pay Ikea more than 2000 euros. It is impossible to write their e-mail directly, on the phone they are rude and summit. And without a star you can't send anything, while I would give minus 1! Don't go there.
Never again Ikea. Scammers!
