Ikea Utrecht Review

I'm a big fan of the concept. Great quality, great choice, reasonable prices. I like the restaurant as well:-)

Hundreds of euros spent on furniture, the set of screws at home appears incomplete. Called and friendly, but the quickest solution turned out to be driving back to the store. New screws would be ready for customer service.

Meanwhile, 40 minutes further and still waiting for an employee to take a new product out of the warehouse to pull out the bag of screws. The missing part is around the corner from customer service so I offered to take it myself. But no no, that is not allowed; because that is really not the system!

Buying and assembling a desk for a moment has become a day's work.

We also ate in the restaurant in the evening .. expected that it would be very cheap .. but I think that is a bit of a disappointment .. it was not really special .. my balls were cold to lukewarm .. but really had a draw so anyway everything on hahaha .. Would not eat soon the 2nd time .. and that cola from that device ... gadverrrr what a corner say .. mehhh ...

Standard Ikea setup. Great place to shop for cheap to medium priced furniture and household items.

The cafeteria food was actually sub-par which surprised me; usually Ikea's food is more consistent. But I wasn't there for the food.

Simply ikea .... You have to put it together yourself. But what they have. Remains practical

Day IKEA! Family Offer hot dogs with milkshakes and coffee for Grandma. Follow route, look, photo, search for family members. lunch. Just day of zoo. :)

As long as you do not go on Saturday afternoon, do great :-)

A large IKEA where you can find and buy plenty of living ideas. The restaurant is usually busy but there is always a place.

Always nice to be there when you haven't been there for a long time!

I love to go for shopping and dinner to this place, my only complain is always is difficult to find a clean table to eat.

A large IKEA with ample parking. The department store was recently renovated. The restaurant was not yet open and there was a long line at the service desk. You can still get hot dogs here.

Great Ikea. It was nice and quiet on Friday afternoon. Nice that the pet range is also sold here.

Great ikea, fries are unfortunately not to eat, Dry meuk !! The store itself has everything else you want and expect in an ikea, except tasty fries. Staff is friendly.

Terrible customer service: replies within a week . By phone the queu is longer than 30 minutes. The online shopping service is flawed. I will look for a shop that offers a better online service.

More than enough parking spaces. Helpful employees. Unbelievable choice.

fine Ikea. You can shop really nice and what I always do is that I make an outing. just with my family. in principle, the Ikea is so big in Utrecht that you can easily walk there for 2 and a half hours. If you have really smaller children, you can send them there to a kind of play paradise. you have to write down your details and the last time i was there it was free. they really have everything there. The guidance that is available there often really knows how to deal with children.
the restaurant is also very tasty. well varied. I've had it once that it was a bit on the cold side.

in short, if you go there, have a nice day!

Found what we were looking for. Always a lot of choice at Ikea. Only nowadays it is almost impossible to drink the coffee. So strong.

Parking is easy pity about the maze to find the exit looks just like the old Xenos shops

Customer service was mediocre to bad, didn't have a debit card with me so it had to be given cash, besides being a nuisance about this the employee was far from friendly

I always walk with mixed feelings in this store. It is a store where you can buy many things of reasonable quality at a reasonable price.
But I continue to be annoyed by the layout of the store where you are almost obliged to walk through the entire store to finally arrive at the one product that I really need.

A normal IKEA. What annoying is that you have to drive somewhere to pick up your big items. With too little parking. I always consciously go to another IKEA.

Fine shop, but with a very annoying exit. The exit at the Van Renesselaerlaan, towards the A12. You cannot drive normally there. The ramp at the exit does not connect well. Especially if you have to turn right. Then you have to drive on the sidewalk.

Bad service and a scratched table received! Top arranged.

Ikea Utrecht can be found on the south side of Utrecht on the inner lane of the A12. Free parking, free coffee and tea with family card, large restaurant, and large selection of household items and furniture. For each his own. Comfortable shopping.

Great for strolling around, but also a great flex space for variation. The coffee from the coffee bar is delicious!

For trucks, bad conditions are very tight but the driver knows.

By far the best IKEA I've ever visited! Loads of parking, spacious store and great staff!

Nice big and very wide choice. Great for ideas. Price quality fine. Disadvantage buy all loose parts. All in all it will be quite pricey.

Honestly yes, we all like Ikea as a furniture store, but what we all dislike is the trip you have to make in the store when buying a simple stuff.
Loosing 15 min when coming for a coffee is a joke...

Friendly people, because of the crowds it can sometimes take until you can find someone who can answer any questions.

Shop is fine, online ordering terrible. Order has not arrived (not even processed yet) and calling customer service sometimes takes longer than 20 minutes. You'll be ready faster in the store.

Huge maze for when you simply want to move to a later section. Have been on the road for a long time. It is not clear where the store starts when you arrive.

Beautiful store with a large assortment. Especially nice that you can park here free covered.

Renovations seem to be over. Enormous offer, spacious. You always make new ideas. Restaurant is reasonable, the separate Coffee corner good.

Friendly and helpful staff, parking is sufficient. Visited again last Saturday and of course not always empty-handed. I myself come from the horticultural world and the houseplants are of very good quality. Especially the different types of Calathea (lover of it, not toxic to cats) if I don't have the species at home yet. I can not leave them, house plants create the atmosphere (air purification) in the house and 75% of the Dutch forget that.

The Corona measures had been introduced to a limited extent and not enforced. We found no disinfectants at the entrance. In the shop you can hardly keep a distance of 1.5 meters, the behavior of the visitors was experienced as uncomfortable. And that Monday evening between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. We were the only ones with masks.

We could succeed for everything we were looking for

This store sells about everything you can or will ever need for a home.

What can we say about it ... usually good stuff for a very reasonable price. Always nice to stroll around.

Good shopping here. Nice to drink coffee / tea, free with IKEA family card. Toilets neatly arranged and plenty of (free) parking.

Their staff there, even when it s busy, they will always find a bit of time to help you when requested. Always a nice shopping experience. Only 4 stars because of the eating area which is dirty, messy and non hygienic, food is sometimes delicious other times uncooked or with "natural" ingredients like earth in broccoli... but well not it s closed cause of Corona :)

Great what are the coffee machines and the toilets here today again gross !!!!! To make matters worse, we were all sent outside due to a technical malfunction, well that's fine, just fine. BUT WHERE WERE the emergency response team members ???

Good help from friendly employees. Only a pity that you can not return the wheelchair anywhere (atv Corona measures), so you have to walk a round (incl. Elevator) twice to bring the wheelchair back. While 15 meters against traffic on a very quiet evening is forbidden by the staff.

Nicely refurbished. Mega big store. Glad there is a nice restaurant halfway with WCs. Tables in a restaurant may be cleaned more often.

Coffee is fine, but fish & chips are really not tasty. As soon as you get to the cash register your fries are already cold and that fish is wrapped in a sticky layer of breadcrumbs. Brrrrrrr. All in all, little attention was paid to it. Breaded chicken cutlet is ok. Dear Ikea people: attention!

Keep finding it a bout with its mandatory walking route

Big store with large collection and stock (e.g. more compared to IKEA Haarlem) and not too crowded if you go on Monday eve.

Very good place to find most of the household goods.

Nice big IKEA, but have too few cash registers open as standard. Of the 16 cash registers, only 6 are open on Sunday afternoons, leaving very long queues.

restaurant .. people who are not interested in serving hot food and checkout .. more with their own people than customers.

When the coffee bar is open, it is a really nice shop !! Not only to buy something, but also to get inspiration or to have a cheap meal
