Really big place great for shopping. The restaurant is sublime, especially for the low prices!

Nice big store with knowledgeable staff that can help you with any question. I also found it surprisingly child friendly. When I went to the catering with a baby bottle, before I could say anything they already asked me if I needed warm water, how warm, how many ml and if the bottle needed rinsing. Best experience ever. Usually I get weird stares in stores/restaurants if I ask for a bit warm water. So big thumps up for being so friendly and understanding to the Ikea staff!
Besides this, if any problems arise with a product you buy the service is excellent. We always exchange it for a new product of choice.
Stock could be better since Corona. I assume this is caused by factories being closed for a period of time. So I would advise to check the product you want to buy online to see if it is in stock. This workes great.
If you are in a hurry while shopping here: look at the signs. There are many sneaky routes to cut short your stay.

Always fun at IKEA, lots of great products & settings to give the customer ideas.

Customer service (Silke) in the return goods department is fine. Return smoothly also received new part box immediately.

Too busy. Wanted to pick up, could only go up with a maximum height of 2.50m. Staff didn't want to put the order down in the elevator. So standing in line for another 60 minutes. First-class mess.

Pretty trash in terms of facilities and visitors, but fullfils it's function of a cheap furniture store

You have to go through the whole shop not as nice if you have difficulty walking

Terrible business. Like other times, she does NOT have anything in stock.
Staff very bad, customer unfriendly, not helpful.
If you come to the position and box, it is NOT there. One employee sends you somewhere else and the next employee sends you somewhere else.
According to system it should be there, where ??
They don't help with looking for it, just the employees are rude.
If you ask for the branch manager you will NOT get to speak to him, how is it possible that the system says THAT it is there and nowhere to be found.
If you have staff working below the warehouse / pick-up area, do you not care and speak bad Dutch?
This is the 4th time we have this experience there. MAYBE, IKEA Netherlands head office has to do something about it.

While I was there this weekend the Ikea was remodeling a part of the shop. I looked for a rack that i found online but couldn't find it. But I checked before going if they had the rack in stock and they had 129 in stock. So after not finding it I used the computer there to see where it was. And after struggling with the computer (super slow). It told be they didn't have any in stock. And none of the employees could help me either. So all in all it's was a wasted trip to the Ikea.

The IKEA experience. Coming here is basically a few hours filled with looking around at fancy Swedish furniture. Fun store with lots of demo-articles

Have received all my products and they are checked remotely and hygiene. Good store unfortunately very warm in the store itself. I did not like that.

Everything very well arranged and tastefully decorated and staff were customer friendly and in the beds department in particular she gave clear answers and also gave advice if she saw that you were in doubt.

Only the tricks are worth and good price ratio. The rest is worthless and poor quality. I am annoyed by the concept that you are forced to walk the whole thing unless you know the illogically short soot.

Mega big enough to choose. Enough parking space. Find things at home on the website or stroll along all the living rooms and bedrooms.

Of course there is a huge choice of things that you (perhaps) need, but I feel the prices are getting higher and there are many office accessories made of cardboard instead of wood or metal. Quite a pity. Not based on facts but on feeling!

Get ideas, score fun and useful gadgets. Reasonable food. Sometimes messy in a restaurant

Again took so incredibly long time at the return counter. Even though there were only 3 waiting for me and the sign indicated that I had to wait 5-7 minutes, I waited 25 minutes until it was my turn.

Nothing to complain about Ikea .. exchanging items within 365 days is great. On the phone also helped quickly due to lost hug.

The furniture store is fine by itself and would get 5 stars, but the restaurant is absolutely horrible. Expect to wait at least half and hour in line for your food and another five to ten minutes finding a table that isn't covered in someone else's food. Oh, and at the end of the line expect most of your food to be cold.

It's Ikea , the staf are super friendly and are always ready to lend a hand , the meal at the food court are quite tasty and decently priced so you could save a bit while eating , the store has a huge collection of furniture and these are great for people that are starting to live on their own

Only reason it doesn t get all 5 is because of the regrettably inescapable reality that one s existence upon this earth is shared with beings in unique possession of the hitherto unrealised capacity to provoke pathological irritation in those around them. Compounded with the plague known as their spawn, there simply aren t enough cinnamon buns in the world to make it alright again.

Wide range. Just like any Ikea, it is a maze despite the signage.

A visit to Ikea is always worthwhile. You automatically come up with new living ideas! Again and again you will be pleasantly surprised!

Not my store but my wife thinks differently about this.

Easily accessible, Tuesday morning 11 am, ample parking space, quickly helped with order pick up.

I have little with it, yet reasonable quality for a good price.

What a fantastic service from IKEA. I am really happy that the work is done so quickly. Sunday we ordered the wardrobe and Wednesday was delivered and assembled. Everything is ready. I give a five stars, they are certainly deserved.

Good logical layout of the store, it is better to eat elsewhere.

Shopping at IKEA remains a terrible experience: a closed space with only artificial light, and an unclear path that in theory leads you through the entire range. The result is that you rarely see the things you really need, even if you have a shopping list with you. Tip: search the site where the desired item should be, sneak through the cash registers from the outside to the warehouse, approach a professional recognizable by the clothing for the most efficient route to the desired location, and leave via the same route the property. Of course, just pay, and there it is often a windfall.

Actually exactly what you can expect from an IKEA. A large store with many example rooms for inspiration. And every season they change the showroom to go along with the latest trends and to meet the needs of the customer.
For children there is Smalland, where they can play under supervision, while the parents are shopping.
In the restaurant they serve the classic Swedish balls. They also have a separate coffee bar where you can drink a more luxurious cup of coffee.
On Saturday and Sunday it is always very busy here. If you want to shop quietly, you better go through the week in the evening.

Pick up the order quickly and easily, unfortunately there was quite a bit of packaging material from previous customers.

You are always very long in line here at the checkout and at dinner. The store is also really big as if you feel like walking the four days in an IKEA ....

Excellent Ikea and easily accessible. Never have trouble finding a place and a special loading location for cars.

Fine IKEA. Weekday evenings are often nice and quiet. I avoid IKEA on the weekends then there is no getting through. Fortunately, there is a lot of parking space.

Restaurant is just okay like most, Nothing special but a reasonable price.

Great store to get furniture, decorations and appliances to furnish your home. You can also get baking tins, pans pots, anything you might need.

Everything seems to be of good quality. But some things can certainly be found in higher quality elsewhere, that comes with a higher price too though.

So overall, great quality for price and wide range of products. I recommend shopping here.

Perfect time for shopping is in the evening . Barely any people around :)

I went here as my friends where looking for some stuff for their house and I lost my phone. I was sure I won t see the phone again but today I stopped by again and asked if someone found it and it was brought to me by security. Amazing! Along this whole process the staff was really nice and tried to help all the time. Thanks guys for your integrity!

A nice shop was only a pity that they did not have what we were looking for.

We come here regularly. Many furniture and home accessories purchased. Helped reasonably quickly, enough staff are running. The service is also good in terms of returns. The restaurant is also great. Especially the hot dog sandwich. The small Swedish supermarket is also good. The meatballs in particular are very tasty.

Great Ikea. Sometimes a bit tricky with parking near the exit.

Easy store to find everything for your house. Basic products for a good price. You got to eat the meatballs. You'll love them!

An Ikea that can almost only be described with superlatives. From the spacious parking lot, through the huge range to a good service. But for me it doesn't have to be that big-bigger-biggest. Therefore not 5, but 4 stars.
