Nice big store with knowledgeable staff that can help you with any question. I also found it surprisingly child friendly. When I went to the catering with a baby bottle, before I could say anything they already asked me if I needed warm water, how warm, how many ml and if the bottle needed rinsing. Best experience ever. Usually I get weird stares in stores/restaurants if I ask for a bit warm water. So big thumps up for being so friendly and understanding to the Ikea staff!
Besides this, if any problems arise with a product you buy the service is excellent. We always exchange it for a new product of choice.
Stock could be better since Corona. I assume this is caused by factories being closed for a period of time. So I would advise to check the product you want to buy online to see if it is in stock. This workes great.
