Massive place for Home shopping...

You can get almost everything you require for your house except the electronic items. You will see all types of furnitures, kitchen items out there including flooring materials. A must visit for a person who is planning to build its own house. Make sure you have atleast an hour to have a look at entire place as it is huge

Ikea yes what to say.

Ikea yes what to say.
I think this is a nice store, well organized.
You can also take a quick route and then you will be gone again.

I'm a fan for 30 years! Also have been coming to the Utrecht branch for more than 10 years. Always tasty crowds and tasty hot dogs afterwards. Top customer service too! Never bother about returns, even after a long time. Of course, the customer must also remain reasonable in his requirements! In recent years also used the Christmas tree promotion. Really super marketing idea and a profit for all parties!

Plenty of parking space and is easy to find it is wheelchair friendly which is definitely a plus. The route to be everything is well indicated with arrows you know where to go. Also handy is that there is a restaurant where you can get everything.

The poor rating is for customer service in the restaurant tonight. Waited for 40mins in line to receive my meal!! It was busy however they did not have enough people running the restaurant. The other side was moving a lot quicker as it looked like two staff members were serving where as ouour line only had one. The other man was restocking which obviously needed doing aswell. Hire more staff!

The espresso: I've been looking forward to this review for a while. The coffee is the same throughout Europe and Ikea managed to make a device where you could drink a coffee better than espresso. It was way too strong and dirty. But what did I find? New devices! I must confess that I had not been in a while. Warm up the cup by taking a walk with your cup in your hand from the cash register. There is the option for the espresso and 24 seconds later the espresso is ready. A modest crema layer, a full aroma, hey what is this, this is actually quite tasty. The espresso is still free upon submission of your personal data. You can also make these up by the way. Otherwise, you pay the full 0.79 cents. 3 stars for this espresso. Well done Ikea!

The atmosphere: In a super large living room with lots of furniture and seats you can find a place with a view of the highway and other furniture shops. Not suitable for a date, but if you are unsure whether you are ready for children. A multicultural audience that rarely meets you anywhere else will join you in this adventure. Missing a ceiling is characteristic of this coffee tent. Maybe not to bump the homeless.

The customer-friendliness: I was with my nephew and he had a sausage and went to swing it like a nose. So I was entertained and was very friendly. Have also tried it once, The Barista was also very nice.

This morning delicious breakfast. Then enter the store. As busy as it was on the restaurant it was so quiet in the store itself. To be able to look anywhere at ease. The main characters for a photo story have been bought here; 3 mice.

I loved their collection, it's wide and cost effective. The only thing I found disturbing is the setting up of things ,it becomes too chaotic to decide. Otherwise it's good, take a lot of time in your hand and go.

There's 2 shops in the Netherlands that I love, Albert Heijn and Ikea. For some reason Ikea knows what you are thinking before you do, eg. if I'm lost, I look up and find the exact information hanging above my head that I'm in need of. I love how proactive Ikea is when it comes to inventing new products or concepts and how good they are at recycling their stock not to mention the fact that you can return products for a whole year long.

There's one thing Ikea can do better, have a 'map' in the app (with you on it -- GPS) to guide you to the exact product on your shopping list, as effectively as possible. Also sorting groceries chronologically (according to the path to be walked [like Albert Heijn does] would be great)!

Keep up the great work!

Ample and free parking .. Was at the customer service .. Ask if a glass plate for my coffee table could be ordered.
The table was already three years old .. Had a misfortune with the glass plate ..
Can you guess ... Within 10 minutes I received a new glass plate with polished edges.
The glass plate 67.5 cm by 67.5 cm was placed on my trolley and service from IKEA .. Did not have to pay anything .. Only signs that I had received it ..
Was Perplex ... Thank you IKEA Utrecht Canal Island.
IKEA .. GREAT ....

The largest IKEA in the Netherlands with many beautiful showrooms and a gigantic restaurant. I never come at busy times / days myself and it is easy to do. There is even a coffee bar for those who want something more than the coffee from the machine. There is always enough stock in the warehouse and the staff is friendly. I love going there once in a while!

Oh the horror. It takes forever for you to get through this business. Lots of paths with wandering public (look but do not buy). Cutting off almost impossible. What a sadness. And then the queues at the cash registers ... terrible. This was the first time since 20 years we were here again ... It will be at least another 20 years before we go here again .. If ever ..
