Wonderful to get ideas and to organize, good price-quality ratio.
Complete chaos to get into the store. Maybe drop some staff at the parking lot?
Nice home store. Ample parking. We take a long walk if you want to see everything.
Lots of stuff for little money! Quality maybe a little less, but then you can buy something new again! Plenty of parking places.
Massive place for Home shopping...
You can get almost everything you require for your house except the electronic items. You will see all types of furnitures, kitchen items out there including flooring materials. A must visit for a person who is planning to build its own house. Make sure you have atleast an hour to have a look at entire place as it is huge
Have items ready for you, and you will be loaded within 15 minutes and on the way home.
Ikea yes what to say.
I think this is a nice store, well organized.
You can also take a quick route and then you will be gone again.
Very extensive with a lot of choice. Parking too far away from the entrance / exit. Was nicer for the renovation 3 years ago.
A lot of choice, great ideas for your own home and the prices are sometimes better than expected
Not so cool this time. The KORKEN 2 liter version was in stock according to the site, but there was only 1 demo model with muesli.
Drove back and forth for nothing
Something for everyone. Beautiful IKEA. Price restaurant also fine. And enough parking.
a pity that some furniture, including the billie, is out of the range
Very pleasant shopping since the renovation. It only goes slowly at the checkout. Self scan is often not all open. Very large branch and good parking with spacious places.
Had a wonderful day at Ikea. The coffee in particular tastes better. The employees are friendly
Queues Queues and Queues. In addition, it can take more than half an hour before you are helped at the service desk.
I'm a fan for 30 years! Also have been coming to the Utrecht branch for more than 10 years. Always tasty crowds and tasty hot dogs afterwards. Top customer service too! Never bother about returns, even after a long time. Of course, the customer must also remain reasonable in his requirements! In recent years also used the Christmas tree promotion. Really super marketing idea and a profit for all parties!
Plenty of parking space and is easy to find it is wheelchair friendly which is definitely a plus. The route to be everything is well indicated with arrows you know where to go. Also handy is that there is a restaurant where you can get everything.
The poor rating is for customer service in the restaurant tonight. Waited for 40mins in line to receive my meal!! It was busy however they did not have enough people running the restaurant. The other side was moving a lot quicker as it looked like two staff members were serving where as ouour line only had one. The other man was restocking which obviously needed doing aswell. Hire more staff!
Ikea always top, but quality of catering in restaurant is very poor
Headache file, blood pressure medication or just stay at home.
The espresso: I've been looking forward to this review for a while. The coffee is the same throughout Europe and Ikea managed to make a device where you could drink a coffee better than espresso. It was way too strong and dirty. But what did I find? New devices! I must confess that I had not been in a while. Warm up the cup by taking a walk with your cup in your hand from the cash register. There is the option for the espresso and 24 seconds later the espresso is ready. A modest crema layer, a full aroma, hey what is this, this is actually quite tasty. The espresso is still free upon submission of your personal data. You can also make these up by the way. Otherwise, you pay the full 0.79 cents. 3 stars for this espresso. Well done Ikea!
The atmosphere: In a super large living room with lots of furniture and seats you can find a place with a view of the highway and other furniture shops. Not suitable for a date, but if you are unsure whether you are ready for children. A multicultural audience that rarely meets you anywhere else will join you in this adventure. Missing a ceiling is characteristic of this coffee tent. Maybe not to bump the homeless.
The customer-friendliness: I was with my nephew and he had a sausage and went to swing it like a nose. So I was entertained and was very friendly. Have also tried it once, The Barista was also very nice.
This morning delicious breakfast. Then enter the store. As busy as it was on the restaurant it was so quiet in the store itself. To be able to look anywhere at ease. The main characters for a photo story have been bought here; 3 mice.
Relatively large Ikea, which means you can not just walk around a bit.
The queue at the ticket office was unexpectedly long for a Wednesday evening, 3 long lines
Neat caring store. Unfortunately, the restaurant regularly has to "no sell" because a certain dish is sold out
Friendly staff, great food and nice furniture for a low price. Very easy to reach via the motorway.
As you can expect from an IKEA. We have had to wait quite a while in the restaurant.
Very nice help with the design of a new kitchen by Jolanda. A real asset to be able to make an appointment for this again.
I loved their collection, it's wide and cost effective. The only thing I found disturbing is the setting up of things ,it becomes too chaotic to decide. Otherwise it's good, take a lot of time in your hand and go.
Always nice to go. And no shortage of household items.
It is a pity that certain things change color quickly. If you want to buy something, they do not have the color anymore.
Ikea is as you expect. This time the customer service representative was unfriendly. That can be done better / differently.
There's 2 shops in the Netherlands that I love, Albert Heijn and Ikea. For some reason Ikea knows what you are thinking before you do, eg. if I'm lost, I look up and find the exact information hanging above my head that I'm in need of. I love how proactive Ikea is when it comes to inventing new products or concepts and how good they are at recycling their stock not to mention the fact that you can return products for a whole year long.
There's one thing Ikea can do better, have a 'map' in the app (with you on it -- GPS) to guide you to the exact product on your shopping list, as effectively as possible. Also sorting groceries chronologically (according to the path to be walked [like Albert Heijn does] would be great)!
Keep up the great work!
Breakfast for 1 euro and a wide choice of other food around noon and evening times
A large shop with a diverse range and plenty of free parking. It can be very busy on weekends.
Like ikea should be. As expected. If you do go in the evening, the lines are much shorter
Mattress went pits after 7 years .. Now I get a new .. Equivalent as old top service
Ikea in the Netherlands or in Belgium, not much difference ;-)
Always great especially if you know what you want .. Delivery of the display case on Sunday was great .. The cabinet itself was assembled in an hour and a half .. Looks great.
Lots of choice and especially cheap but maybe not the best address if you are looking for something special. For questions, sometimes look for personnel.
It's a good place to spend some time with your family
Great place to buy everything you need while moving to a new place or spicing up your existing home. The same experience as shopping in Ikea in Sweden.
Well IKEA, enough to see, buy and experience, but what a distance. For me it falls under the category "day out"
Ample and free parking .. Was at the customer service .. Ask if a glass plate for my coffee table could be ordered.
The table was already three years old .. Had a misfortune with the glass plate ..
Can you guess ... Within 10 minutes I received a new glass plate with polished edges.
The glass plate 67.5 cm by 67.5 cm was placed on my trolley and service from IKEA .. Did not have to pay anything .. Only signs that I had received it ..
Was Perplex ... Thank you IKEA Utrecht Canal Island.
IKEA .. GREAT ....
Worth a visit,
You find everything you want a very spacious place.
The largest IKEA in the Netherlands with many beautiful showrooms and a gigantic restaurant. I never come at busy times / days myself and it is easy to do. There is even a coffee bar for those who want something more than the coffee from the machine. There is always enough stock in the warehouse and the staff is friendly. I love going there once in a while!
Just an IKEA like everyone else. Parking might be a little more pleasant.
Oh the horror. It takes forever for you to get through this business. Lots of paths with wandering public (look but do not buy). Cutting off almost impossible. What a sadness. And then the queues at the cash registers ... terrible. This was the first time since 20 years we were here again ... It will be at least another 20 years before we go here again .. If ever ..
