Terrible business. Like other times, she does NOT have anything in stock.
Staff very bad, customer unfriendly, not helpful.
If you come to the position and box, it is NOT there. One employee sends you somewhere else and the next employee sends you somewhere else.
According to system it should be there, where ??
They don't help with looking for it, just the employees are rude.
If you ask for the branch manager you will NOT get to speak to him, how is it possible that the system says THAT it is there and nowhere to be found.
If you have staff working below the warehouse / pick-up area, do you not care and speak bad Dutch?
This is the 4th time we have this experience there. MAYBE, IKEA Netherlands head office has to do something about it.
