I actually want to give a 3 star review.

It is a nice and beautiful Ikea and staff is nice. Maaaaarrrrrrr! There are a few colleagues who really don't know what they are doing there. In the warehouse there is an information point and 1 colleague. We want to ask him about a certain service, but a colleague says he doesn't know anything and that he is new. Why is there someone at an information point who is surrounded by at least 10 people, but knows nothing at an information point. A colleague who made a receipt for us for a bed also misunderstood the entire order, so we first had the wrong size and then had to figure everything out again ourselves.

Despite the two slightly clumsy colleagues, I was helped a lot for the rest and the car rental company KAV that is located inside the company is also a top service.

First time here and had a bit of a stupid experience but unfortunately this was just a snapshot for me!
