IKEA Hengelo Review

Everything was great, very friendly staff, good prices and a very clear range of goods

Corona measures fine, all understanding ... But when I come with my 9 month old baby and my mother to pick up a heavy closet, we are refused ..
And then the staff at the door do not treat you properly !!
Very customer unfriendly how should a single mother do this?

If you buy a kitchen at Ikea they indicate that you get a guarantee ..
but actually that is not the case, because nothing is covered by that guarantee. Haha.
You expect that, of course, but if things break down within a few months, it will be worthless.

Beautiful location with ample parking space that is also free. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to get there by public transport and bicycle. The bus only runs once every half hour. That is of course not quite 2018 ... Furthermore, the service in the store itself is excellent. Pleasant employees who think along with you.

Ikea stop. Only here is there a great parking concept that almost prevents traffic jams. Media Markt, Intertoys are here too. And if you don't like IKEA Food, you can go to McDonald's.

Just been to Ikea and was refused at the door with 2 children because it is not allowed to enter with 3 people at the same time as of today. Children also count as adults. This really doesn't make any sense. And if there are two of you, you can go inside. What logic. Then you should close your doors completely. As if it is safe if you go in with the two of you. You let in as many people as it is a couple of 2. Hundreds of people go in, but a mother with 2 small children under the age of 3 is not allowed in. And that's how you prevent the corona from IKEA.

Had good advice about kitchen. Very friendly staff. In for a chat. And fun. Obviously a great concept with alternating cheap and slightly more luxurious versions of whatever you are looking for for your home.

The baby changing rooms are closed, very annoying, if your little one has a pair of pants full.
