IKEA, fine, but the delivery service has become more expensive, they charge money to get big things out of the racks.
Inappropriate.
You buy something and it is normal that you receive it. It is not normal that you have to pay extra for removing them from the racks.
Starts to look like air travel. Pay extra for service that used to be common.
